THIS WEEK: Complaints Anonymous Call Agents continue their training on a Saturday. When Call Agent Candace Jefferson complains about using pronouns, and CEO Barbara Hanes makes a disparaging comment, the entire staff soon finds out how much everybody’s lives matter.
A startup company that employs call agents to take calls dealing with
complaints, struggles to balance the complaints received from customers
and employees disputes within the organization. When The CEO makes a
disparaging comment to one of her employees, a tweet about the incident
goes viral sending the company into a tail spend they struggle to get out of.
