He also give a brief explanation why Some prayers are Prayed silently and why some prayers are Prayed aloud. In this lecture he quotes the Beautiful example he has heard from Dr israr to make us understand properly. Nouman Ali Khan explains how the feelings, nafs and desires control us and he offers the solutions given by Allah in this surah to escape these tricks. So this lecture contains the motivation to control our Nafs and work on ourselves.
