My friend Rudy was vacationing in Cancun Mexico with his family when his child stepped on a corral rock and cut her foot really bad to where she needed stitches. In the emergency room of the local hospital Rudy was denied medical treatment for his child, until he paid up front and in cash. Rudy's credit cards and his private health insurance card were denied. Cash or no medical treatment for his child. Rudy did not have that type of money on him because his vacation had been pre-paid. But very rarely do you see a freshly seized home just get auctioned off, to the lowest bidder!! More than likely, it has been on the market, longer than intended and they see that it it just isn't going to sell.. Most people don't real estate value at all but we don't laugh and point it out.. If you know something that someone else may want to learn, then educate them in a professional manner. Tell a little bit about it, or all, but no need to make fun or laugh at anyone's ideas, no matter what the idea is or what you think about their idea.. My friend Rudy was vacationing in Cancun Mexico with his family when his child stepped on a corral rock and cut her foot really bad to where she needed stitches. In the emergency room of the local hospital Rudy was denied medical treatment for his child, until he paid up front and in cash. Rudy's credit cards and his private health insurance card were denied. Cash or no medical treatment for his child. Rudy did not have that type of money on him because his vacation had been pre-paid. Why laugh at that comment??It is and would be in your favor as well and something needs to be changed with the taxes at all time high!! The dems, (or so they claim to be dems,) who are in office now are robbing the crap out of everyone and want you to think this way. It's their way of control of people by fear!! Easier they can scare us, easier it is to manipulate us and control us!! So, the comment above yours isn't an impossible reach and should be discussed!! And cities are not going to take anything from anyone!! Cities aren't even known, in most cases, to even hold owner rights to any private homes or any type of home, that could possibly even be seized from a person not paying taxes.. These situations are usually from not paying anything at all on the property and in most circumstances, the owner of the property does not want to have to pay to go through all the court cases and time process, unless you are not paying at all.. It is illegal for any IRS agency to seize anything from anyone!! So, if you have seen this, then the person was not paying at all, on the property... Usually, it's a Real Estate company or bank who has already purchased the property and have financed to the person to own!! Also, if a home is being auctioned off, the home has lost a tremendous amount of value, possibly due to some kind of major weather damage or destruction, that would take full renovation to that home! If the insurance agency isn't willing to give what the holder is wanting or claiming, the holder will then try and sell it first!! They are hoping to get whatever the value may be on damage and some. But very rarely do you see a freshly seized home just get auctioned off, to the lowest bidder!! More than likely, it has been on the market, longer than intended and they see that it it just isn't going to sell.. Most people don't real estate value at all but we don't laugh and point it out.. If you know something that someone else may want to learn, then educate them in a professional manner. Tell a little bit about it, or all, but no need to make fun or laugh at anyone's ideas, no matter what the idea is or what you think about their idea.. That makes people not want to keep a mind fresh full of thoughts, willing to share with others they don't have to share with, but they decide to anyways because they are usually decent people, and they care enough about others well-being to even share, and we need more of this!! Shutting down an idea and laughing prevents the person from possibly sharing something latter on that could be life changing for everyone!! Just consider it!! Educating in a healthy manner needs to be done by all of us, being the people, we are all we have right now and dividing us is all they(the dems) wanted to do and are still trying!!! So, what he is saying is very fair and should not be laughed at nor frowned upon! It would help us all, yourself included, if we didn't have taxes this outrageous anymore.. Especially having them on everything we own or have paid for in full! They are robbing us!! That's theft!! How many times should any one person have to pay taxes on something that they already made payments on, while those payments are already taxed? Or let's say maybe you paid in full, there were still taxes added to the payment!! This type of taxation is theft, and the dems know it!! So why are you going to keep paying taxes on a house that you own and already paid taxes for?? They want us scared like that and want us to keep believing they can just take anything away us!! They can't!! That is theft!! The only way we can stop that is by coming together and preventing it! We pay taxes on literally, everything, here in America!! And while we may need to fund certain organizations that may protect us, or may fill potholes in roads.. There still needs to be a reasonable end point, depending on income, that states this (property) tax is paid for by this (person) or taxes were paid in full!! This will prevent any more added taxes on that is whatever purchased and prevent same person from being taxed on what we are (supposed) to own!! Because paying taxes on something like property or vehicles already paid for, is complete robbery to everyone!! You don't go buy shoes or a candy bar and don't have to keep paying taxes on them every year!! Why, because you paid taxes on them when you purchased it!! So why would it not be the same for these other things?? It is theft and they continue to rob hard working American people this way!! Have you noticed how much taxes have been coming out of your paycheck here lately?? It's ridiculous at the amount and it is theft!! Only way to make that stop, is to STOP paying the outrageous taxes and everyone take a stand together!! Or continue to do nothing about it and continue to let them keep jerking us around, and believe me, they will only get worse, as I'm sure you have seen?? So, if someone suggests coming together, as one, for this to stop, or anything to stop, that will help us all, then they want better for not only themselves, they want better for others too!! So maybe next time, instead of laughing at someone, put yourself in their shoes and ask how you would feel if you were them, trying to share thoughts on bettering everyone!! We need more of this and don't need to make anyone feel like bad for sharing their thoughts.. We together in a function system of society are capable of soo much!!
