i opened this live session and thought ek ghnte ka h kya he dekhu isme, then i read the comments jaha few people wrote ki they cried, maine seriously socha ki aise kaise ek video dekhke ro rhe h jiska title he happy mind happy life h, so i started watching it, pehle 40 mins tk i was okay, i answered every ques thoda sochne mai time lga about my strengths but equally he weaknesses sochne mai bi time lga aur vo jada he likhi strengths se, then vo how to handle stress mai mera bi same he tha i just keep on distracting my mind and so jana is best for me, you were right about suppressing my own emotions, i am doing this since childhood and i literally cried like others while doing that last activity, when i asked myself about how i was, i felt that baggage that wanted to burst out of me. Trust me you are doing a great job by healing people, many of us are traumatized by our pasts and not just us our elders too, tbhi they are passing on this baggage to their children unknowingly, you are helping this generation to stop passing on and heal for their own sake and too for their offspring. Keep doing this pls, this will change people's life to a great extent. THANKS A LOT

I used to think my parents dont care about what i achieve in my life their main focus is my brother's carrier job but suddenly i get this idea if they don't care about my future job why they waste so much money liky other parents they can also force me to get marry but no they are like it's ok u take ur time don't stress out just study and be healthy
