I’m hoping you can help me. I was running cabling for a reolink poe camera system. By accident 2 on the cables were only 3 pair line not the desired 4 pair. I can’t rerun the line. Can I run and use the 3 pair and just not use the audio? How do I find out what wires are for the audio on a rlc-510a camera.
Can we use just 1 wire for for positive and 1 for negative then still got gigabit of data? 🤔 And what wire would it be? White of blue wire and white of brown wire? Or the opposite?
@mznpratap7307 Gigabit requires all 4 pairs (8 wires) to transfer data. But the use of a poe powered device is usually not that it needs to send Gigabit. I'm still a bit interested on how unifi is doing it and still delivers more than 100mbit
@@mrvendeta6139 I often just get 100mbps of data through stripping I thkink you need some sort of circuit board to strip gigabit of data and power which already available in POE splitter , I got mine through amazon
@@user-rc9es5vz7k yes actually it works , I had problem in my LHG 5 unit , Use pair of blue as +ve and pair of brown as -ve and others for data , it will work for sure ....😊
