There's only one reason Joe won't take a cognizance test, it is bc he knows he would in no way pass it! And besides Jill won't let him.

"I made great progress". If you call high inflation, rising rents, food prices, an open border, a new war, making progress, then that is the opposite of what sane people call progress.
No we call record high GDP, record low unemployment, Record breaking Stock Market, Two major infrastructure bills, the PACT Act, the CHIPS Act, inflation. Lowered from 9 percent to 3 percent, great progress. And FYI we haven't had an open border since 1924, the same year the Border Patrol was created. What do you think the Border Patrol does? Duh! And we are not in a war. We are helping our allies fight to preserve democracy but we have not sent our soldiers to fight.
"Open border" is a ridiculous claim. Border Patrol and US customs work every day on both Trump and Biden's presidency. Both Trump and Biden deported tons of illegal and asylum immigrants. Biden didn't magically let any random person in, that's a BS right wing talking point.
Trump had multiple caravan crisis situations at the border before 2019. People still crossed into the border under his watch too. Dems and GOP should learn to work together instead of always blaming each other.
Don't forget that it was in fact Republicans who voted against a bill that would do something about the border.
