You definitely dont want to stop training as you get older, you need that optimal metabolism and to maintain your bone density. As the bones will get weaker.

I’m on Nebido and it works for my lifestyle but can confirm you definitely feel the drop off in the last few weeks. Weeks 1 to 8/9 are fine but last 3 I notice some recovery and lethargy issues. 100% recommend for non competitive bodybuilders

When fasting and you get these crazy energy peaks it's because your body is using bodyfat for energy. But you have to fast for a longer time. First three days you cannot do anything, then you get more energy and after first week you're full of energy. Some people has so much energy when fasting longer times they have it too much and their head cannot handle it. You can train hours and still have crazy energy so it might be hard for your mind not to get tired no matter how much you try to do something physical.
Physique, WBB wellness and figure should be promoted more. Bikini just seems like easy money grab to me. We would need some discussions from the top and also drop license fees for some divisions. I heard IFBB charges 5000€ per divison on shows.

22:40 when I was a solid 245 and decided no more competitive bodybuilding, I was doing all this extra cardio and eating less but the scale wouldn’t budge. Once I stopped heavy compound movements like power cleans, deadlifts, barbell presses and barbell squats the scale started to move down. Also started calisthenics and martial arts training (which was a whole other level of conditioning). But having said that and weighing only 200lbs I have to say I miss being the lion as Milos said but I am a healthy sheep and hard to say if it was worth losing what was so damn tough to earn.
