Rockstar makes one of the best games of all time ever with so much detail and love put into the world, and then just drops the ball so hard on the second protagonist. For no real reason

I assume so as it's done here but still never really did side missions back in the day thought it pointless. If so that is such a lazy design flaw even if they just use different synonyms it would have worked SO much better.
