Hi everyone! Let me explain something since some people think it's fake🤨
I created an alt account and I didn't get the story the first time.
I wanted to check again so I made another alt and then it was actually showing the story and a different tutorial.. I think this is different for everyone.
I'm a terrible editor so I wouldn't even know how to 'fake' something like this😂
Oh and I'm playing on a laptop! Maybe it's different on other devices!

I think this update is really cool!
But it’s kinda unfair to all the players that joined before this update, like how only new players can get the graduation hat. But I do like how it has a story and tutorial for new players

Finally! We dont have to waste our time trying to go to the pet center and get the starter egg! This update was so helpfull for my new cousin!
Wow, that is so much better than before, the newbies are going to understand how adopt me works with this new tutorial!! Not like me, I joined Adopt me in 2020, then I'm very confused what am I doing and I left the game, then my friend told me how this game works, and I slowly figure it out how adopt me works. Now, there's a tutorial for newbies to get them understand the game better, nice update!

I love how adopt me is changing a lot, but it makes me sad knowing that all of the big times, and all of the good times we had went adopt me was new and I am hoping they might make a update for months about everything that was here since 2019 and 18 I like the treehouse in the mushroom where are you get the potions and all other stuff (by the way, the treehouse used to be located near by the playground) and some of the old items and old tasks and maybe the paycheque
Oh yes! I remember the treehouse.. I used to roleplay there and then they took it away 😭

i know how to get the strange dog : Accidentally I played with my brother to adopt me and as he had no pet before in his inventory he received a white dog with particular textures that he could not trade and when I gave him a pet this dog disappeared and came back as soon as he returned my pet. I hope this has helped you understand how it works :D.

and abt the dog, it is also new, it is called a “practice dog” I suppose, I saw people having it before!
and I don’t think ur able to find it in the journal (or maybe by the time I saw it, it wasn’t added to the journal).
But anyways, this update is amazing, is just kinda sad that old players cannot see the intro or get the hat and the pet wear..

i tried it on mobile with an alt and it gave me the story! however when i tried again it was back to normal. also, the white dog at 3:21 is the practice dog, you get it by having no pets in your inventory. this is adopt me’s way of getting rid of scams, because after you get scammed the practice dog will be your method of getting money. if you can, please try making a video about it!
The strange dog is ACTUALLY a practice dog. If you don't have any pets it will automictically give it to you for free!

I was so scared when I saw a “Practice Dog” in game, it didn’t have the brackets and the texture was different. How do I get it?
You get the practice dog when you have zero pets in your acount, you can't trade it and it doesn't save (it resets when you leave the game), i think it's so new people can grind or to stop beggars

Sadly I never got the new tutorial, but I got the new starter house! Also another thing I discovered is when your pet needs the shower task it will say "I need a bath!" instead of "I need a shower!"

The dog is a like a beginner dog Tysm for this
It's good for beginners cuz they can get money easily without buying any grinding furniture, so they can buy an egg faster
The strange dog is called the training dog , u will get it if u loose all ur pets in adopt me , it lets u grind with it temporarily

Something I noticed at my alt is that if you don't have any pets, there is a special pet you can take care of, you can't trade it and it doesn't save

Compared to recent updates, this update is the best (finally a good update)
I had a tiny home 1,000 centuries ago and it was my adopt me house, i decorated it before this new update so i didn't knew starter tiny homes changed their decorations
So today i decided to make a pick a door home and bought a tiny home and i saw it has a new decoration
This new decoration has pet food and water bowls, i'm sad bc i wasted my money on buying the EXACT SAME ITEMS for my other tiny home😢 only if this update came sooner i wouldn't have to waste this bucks😭😢🥺
This exciting but i truly wish i had this when i started ( 4 years ago ) now my brother thinks this is so cool he is a starter

The dog you saw was the practice dog all beginners get it or if you have no pets left you get it but when you get pets it dissappears

for this 2x aging and extra money I could get 4k+ bucks!which I never usually get! And for the aging I made a neon flying fish in 2 days! It usually takes months for me to make! And I got a bit energetic today! I grinded so much!!
