Illya's my favorite, he knows so many awesome skills and makes such mind-bogglingly beautiful work. When I realized that he was the winner of the spiked shield episode of Forged in Fire, it made me like him even more. Easily one of the most beautiful things on Forged in Fire. He's also Russian so that automatically makes him awesome. Such a skilled individual, I hope to one day learn at least half the skills he has mastered.

That would indeed be an interesting build in some ways. Remember, Inigo Montoya's sword wasn't originally built for him. It was build for count rugen, how had six fingers, and needed a sword to fit his unusual grip.

Cool princess Diana's sheild build. Enjoyed watch the whole episode especially grinding and heat treat moment 😄. I like the field test of the hardness of the sheild in the episode as well 🤣.

Guys this is amazing you did a superb job. I remember the original man at arms series did the captain America shield with the Machine, this piece is so amazing, that piece is nothing in front of this. The craftsmanship of Ilya is spectacular. Could you make Sassanid era swords this type of swords adopted from huns and I never saw anyone made the modern version of it thanks.From Iran with love.

well, it was made by a different team before BKS come in. All they did was cut thing out and stick them together. It is definitely need a reforge.

INFINITY GAUNTLET
I have a request, if you wouldn't mind. It's not particularly well known, however. The tabletop RPG Pathfinder has an organization known as the Red Mantis Assassins. They all use a signature iconic weapon, a Sawtooth Saber, which is a light, serrated saber designed to be wielded in a reverse grip, like a praying mantis' claws. I appreciate your consideration.
Okay. I understand where you're coming from, but serrations are typically used for sawing motions, as they lend themselves to that really well. That's why the few knives you do find that are totally serrated are typically used for food, and not combat. When you do find serrations on a combat knife they're typically on back near the base, and are used for impromptu sawing. Serrations aren't typically found on swords. Just thought you might want to know.
Peter Uhlenberg I think he knows that. Also serrated knives do way more damage to a finger than a normal one

The Avatar he means the Captain America shield that an old Man at Arms group did years ago. It ended up looking like a Lego toy.

These guys have made just about every weapon known! They have the skill to replace Santa's elves, and the dwarves of Asguard! They can build anything that can be imagine out of metal!

Um..... now that you mention it..... is that a rapier? Let me google, I was almost sure it was a saber.
Can't find anything conclusive. Thing is I'm pretty sure that none of the people in the movie are using rapiers. They all have edges, and I'm pretty sure that rapiers rarely or never actually do. They're all point. Stabbing weapons, not slashing. That and the fact that they're using the much more flashy and flamboyant Italian fencing style.... which is all saber and epee.
Oh that having been said.... whether it's a rapier, saber or epee..... let me add a 'hell yes' vote. :D
