1.Get Strong Enough for the Heian Era, While using Sukuna, Kill 10 Players with Malevolent Shrine.
2.“Show off” your strength, by killing a lower level player 10 times.
3.Everyone in the Heian Era had a chef, Talk to Sukuna with a friend near you.
4.Defeat the Blue-eyed Sorcerer, Kill a Shinjuku Gojo with Itadori’s Sukuna mode active.
5.Run the Gauntlet, Kill Yuta, Kashimo, Yuji, Todo, Higuruma, Choso, Jogo, & Ghost Gojo in any order.
(Has to be max level.)
6.Meditate on top of Pickle in the Archeology sector of the lab for 2 minutes.
7,Kill the Pickle Boss in either the sewers or Boss Rush.
8.Use Ancient Capoeira Manual.
9.Finally Consume a Sukuna Finger awarded from Boss Rush. (5% at wave 20 & 9% at wave 25.)

[AFTER YOU GET IT, YOU NEED TO DO THE QUESTS BELOW TO GET THE MODE]
Step 7: "Strip him of his last family" [Kill 25 Choso users]
Step 8: "Remain tough in the face of Black Sparks" [Tank 8 Black Flashes from an Itadori user]

I think that achieving total adaptability is having him hurt you multiple times and reaching a point where he no longer hurts you as much or that he attacks you with all his attacks and each one does less damage to you.

btw i believe that the heian sukuna world cleave(in mode) executes bosses at about 70-75% hp and players at about 50%

Kamutoke a special grade curse tool that sukuna uses other than his spear. It basically summons lightning but its not mostly used in close combat

Don't get me wrong this Sukuna spec is cool as hell but the time and the quest is just ridiculous because if you don't have the spec to get the better one you would basically have to grind more which will take hours cool but not worth it in my opinion better off buying it

Yea i just 1v1ed a gojo in mode i hit him with 2 ceros and it usually 1 shots anyone he just heald while in the stun of my cero......then bro said is that all you got after i had a full out fight with him with grimhow mode on he just keep healing then he used domain not even his mode.... his infinity is op aswelll....
Just 1v1ed a sukuna user him he was not able to regin fr so i easily made him die with grim jow mode he came back tho and 1 shotted. me mulitble times had to leave the game
1v1 a gojo user with wyatch it was a close battle indeed i got him low since arrow did 70percent of his health and he used heal but i was alr on him with the 2nd move since i have low cooldowns he used his full power mode on me i used my mode and we had all out fight he healed himself back to full so i used my combo then used arrow he was almost dead untill he used his domain then i was cooked then after domain he healed himself back to full again people were watching they all said wow he is that bad when they had no idea i made a gojo new style user go all out use all of his moves
and i was in mode when he used the blue red nuke btw i did not get dmg people were wondering what is that lol
