So weird. So they created 1,850,000 shares of XRT yesterday.
Which changed the total net assets from 277,076,902.40 to 403,945,067.77.
But their outstanding cash went from -51,073.15 (8/6) to -55,294.67 (8/7).
So with a negative cash balance. They were able to nearly double their fund on a red day?
GME shares still increased to 228,446 (net 26,775).
Side note: you won’t know why so many fails on XRT for 09/2012 unless you know what they held for that time period.
This channel drops an anchor into the sea of confusion and uncertainty surrounding GME each day so we may climb aboard and survey the choppy waters together rather than sink into the rough sea ourselves. Thanks, Richard!

Great vid once again Richard. Don’t let the haters get you down. Some people just don’t want to put in any effort. GameStop is a historical event, and it’s not going to be as simple as finding one missing piece, and then suddenly we can nail every date for future price runs.
It’s the most complex of puzzles, with so many moving parts and pieces, and you’re doing an amazing job trying to keep track of these moving parts, and theorizing about how they affect the price.

To add to the Berkshire volume point, I have chartex premium and I can see that up until 18th of February 2021, the average daily off exchange volume on BRK-A was around 20%, while NYSE volume was around 40%. On that day and every single day after (with the only exception being 7th of April 2021) the off exchange volume is 90%+ and NYSE only around 5%. This is still going on, but a big anomaly is that recently the volume cut by 90% on a random day where as you mentioned $GME peaked in June. The only difference I can see in volume by exchange is that NYSE volume increased from 1-2% last few months to 5-30% since that $GME peak in June and that volume cut on Berkshire. Also, the off exchange volume cut from almost always being 98-99%, to now being around 80% on average. Interesting how the volume first flipped in 2021 February just days before $GME run from $40 to $200 in a matter of hours, and it cut now dramatically (1/10th of usual) just as $GME reached a big peak in June 2024.

Even if your theory isn't perfect (yet) I think you're really on to something here. I think time will tell and we will look back after this is over and there will be small details that are wrong, but most of it is right. We are sort of stumbling in the dark trying to find the answer and we stub our toe on furniture, etc as we go but we are finding our way. Keep it up!

Lots of good food for thought. A few comments:
1) You mentioned KOSS just disappearing for 35 days before reappearing. If that doesn't hit one in The Prestige meme, I don't know what will!
2) You pointed out how rare it was to get two ETF stocks on RegSHO at the same time. 🤔 I wonder if anyone in particular might accidentally cause this while buying stocks they love?! 🤔
3) Your Berkshire date of 8/7 is also when the yen carry trade was happening. I think it might be a red herring wrt to GameStop.

I think you need to look at your numbers from a different perspective. There are two vultures that have been circling GME. One of them represents the Vol Shorting funds and the other are the standard shorting funds. The Vol Short funds cause the cycles, or at least the run ups anyway. The standard funds are shorting TF out of XRT. You can see all over SS people are talking about those 125$ puts, which are obviously there to suppress IV. The vol shorts. This is why the patterns are so hard to find with in the numbers, there are two different shorting strategies at play. One is shorting volitility and the other is shorting the price. WHat we need to find out is what forces Vol Shorts to close. It would seem that T+35 only applies to standard shorting. What combination of events causes them to close their IV shorts? I believe it's obvious that KOSS fails show up at T35 because it doesnt have an options chain.
How do you short Vol? Deep ITM puts and Deep OTM calls?

I wonder how much is determined by set patterns we can identify, like settlement periods, vs the unknown human element. There’s the bullish things like RC and RK purchasing. What about on the bears side?
Seems like the hedgies will try to employ different tactics to keep the patterns hidden, especially the closer the public gets to the truth. No doubt they are watching your channel too and adjusting accordingly.
What if there are multiple shorters, for some reason they don't talk to each other and each one uses a different tactic to hide their naked shorts, FTDs etc?!
While I think that's true, I think it more likely/common they use the same tactics last with different ETFs.

With the OPEX, is the price action local to the date itself or is it spread out over a week or two? Really curious if price action of today going up will continue to next week or if today could be the high. They typically try to drop it before Friday

Hi Richard. I'm angry and I don't have enough Karma to post on reddit but I wanted to bring this to someone who I thought might care. I was so angry yesterday I even sent a letter to the SEC on their website but I wasn't as thorough as I could have been because I didn't even realize the full extent of it till after I sent it through. I have 5 main positions. GME / AMC / LCID / SPWR / SIRI . Could you please look at the huge spike in volume right at 4pm yesterday, 1 minute candles.
Here's what I see:
1.4 million volume on a 1 minute candle for LCID at 4:00pm, market close
700,000 volume for AMC, 1 minute candle at 4pm.
860,000 volume for GME, 1 minute candle at 4pm.
25 MILLION volume between 4:00 and 4:01 for SPWR.
SIRI 700,000 volume at 4pm.
No real price action change. Huge spikes. Could you address this in a video or console me here? I knew they were doing this but it's just getting worse.
Spwr is on the threshold securities list. It should be extra illegal to short a position that you’re also racking up huge ftds for. Then to do this tactic on top of that.
Okay so I'm confused because I looked at GME earlier and coulda swore it was higher and I'm sure i'll get called out for it if I don't correct myself... AMC is 860k.... GME is only showing 89k..... coulda swore I read that differently earlier but I have no screenshots.
End of day high volume on a 2.2% overall market move could be ETF/Mutual Fund related for sure.
I think this kind of dynamics happens in other stock. And probably thers some kind of timing between trading entities.. This could be why you dont see a clear pattern. Because they have a way to communicate and decide when and how trade togheter against us against companies and people, and against reality.. But reality always win.. Truth always win

I'm not sure - there are several types of swaps we know about:
Basket
Equity Total Return Single Stock
Contract for Difference
Possible also: Shares for Shares, but not certain here

It’s the most compelling depiction I have witnessed to the mercy and glory of the Holy Spirit put to video. Never been a religious man but I believe. This show does a good job of telling the story.
