Property Sale and Purchase Tax 2024 25

Govt has enhanced sale and purchase taxation on property for budget 2024-25. Specially for Non-filers the rate of taxes has been increased significantly.
Govt wants to end the term of Non filer in fact. Because it has put so many taxes on non filers that now onward non filers will face a lot of difficulty to survive.
In this video we will discuss purchase and sale taxes on property as per new budget 2024-25.
Govt has introduced new terminology in this budget naming as Late filer i.e the persons who are not regular filers and do not file their tax returns in time. But the do file their tax returns to be immediate filers before any transaction which involve concession being filers in taxation like purchase of property or vehicle.
Furthermore we will talk about new capital gain tax on property specially that is purchased and sold after 1st July 2024.
