Nice! I am glad you got one as well. Honestly, based on the experience I have had with this car so far, I think I'll always have a Mercedes from now on. They are awesome cars.
U described allll my views about owning a Mercedes. There is just something about that brand that is so sexy and classy. Other than bmw & Porsche, I can’t compare it to many other luxury vehicles. Getting this car & I’m even more excited about it now after ur review.
Nice! Let me know what you think once you get the car. You are going to love owning it. When people say, "Once you own a Mercedes, you'll always own a Mercedes," they are absolutely correct. I'll always be a BMW guy, but I'll also own at least one one Mercedes.
Thanks for this info. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the pre-2020 GLE looks to be a continuation of the last gen ML. If true, then theoretically, the good reliability continued with this GLE. Would you say that's accurate? Also, it's hard to tell in a video, but would you say the cockpit and seat is roomy enough for larger people?
That’s correct. I posted longer and more comprehensive video review of this car on my channel, and in that video, I discuss the differences between the ML and the GLE when the GLE was released in 2016. Yes, there is plenty of room for bigger people in the front. The back could be a bit tighter if the front seats are pushed back. Thanks for your comment and please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thank you for your comment, Praveen. The 2020 was the first year of the new GLE model. I have not looked into its reliability, but typically, many people avoid buying the first year of a new model because those types of cars tend to have some issues and kinks that ultimately get worked out throughout the production of that particular vehicle. To that end, buying a 2018 like I have done results in a car that is in the last year of its production cycle and which has, therefore, had many of the standard kinks worked out. I also prefer naturally aspirated engines and think that they are more reliable than turbo charged engines, which is why we purchased the last generation GLE. I hope this helps. Thank you for your comment, and stay tuned for more videos.
Thank you for your comment! I don’t think I spent more than $2k since I owned the car, and that includes buying four new tires for the car. The only things I have spent money on are regular maintenance services (e.g., Service A, Service B, etc.) based on mileage. The car is approaching 50k miles, so things may change, but so far so good. It has been as reliable as it can get.
I totally agree. I got one today and I agree with all what’s said in this video

I hope to have one one day, Congrats! 🙌

Awesome. Thanks for sharing your experience. Considering buying a used one. Is there any particular Year of GLE from 2016 until 2020 I need to avoid ?

Great points...I wanted to ask you how much it costs to maintain the car properly through the years you'v owned it?

IS IT THE SAME AS GLE COUPE 350 4MATIC?
