sorry too say but this sounds fake the hour chime from Westminster are different of the hour chime from Whittington. And you can't have 2 bells that chimes the hour.
Not wrong, but some older dual chime battery clock models have consistent hour strike tones between either of the chiming options after the melody is played, check out mine. :)

of course it is sounded fake this was outputted from the speaker which tried to replicate real bells like chime rod or gongs.
