Chuck had a three stack yesterday $16 for 7 . Friends with me and he asked me why I didn't take it I said well if you look between the lines of it that's a couple of no tip orders thrown on the back end. No sounds dumb I could have took the money and kept on moving but I just hate a three stack and you knowing that there's no tip orders on it. Guess I just have a problem knowing that people would think you ought to serve them up absolutely for free not caring about the wear and tear your car and what you're worth is .

Did you have to submit a pic of your catering bag when the tire system started? I’m asking because I was in LOP before tier system and once it hit my market, it never asked me to submit a pic of my bag. I am platinum. But still haven’t received any catering orders 🤷🏻♀️
To knock or not to knock? I've been doing delivery since 2017, way before COVID, when knocking was expected, so I'm in a deeply entrenched habit of knocking. Yet, I get the impression that most customers NOW would prefer no knocking, especially those with dogs. Yet, only a few customers state in the notes no-knocking. I wish DD, UE, etc., would give the customers the option on their app of knock or ring doorbell/ no- knocking, don't ring doorbell.
Do the one saying they blew the horn at the customer. One time had a Papa John's. And on my way to deliver to the said customer had to go around this car and I yelled "what are you doing?" Got to the customer's house and it was a hand it to me and as I was waiting to handle said customer same car I yelled at pulled up and he got out and got the pizza Classic 😮
hey chuck how do you get on your base? I live close to an AF base but can never get on if i get an order, I get turned around at the gate and have to cancel. Is there a way to get passes to get on military bases?
Things are going south for doordash since the tiers started. No bullshit I walked into to get an ubereats order with a very popular resturaunt call hawaian hut here. I had doordash on pause since uber eats has been treating me better since the tiers started on doordash in my area. There where 4 doordash orders hanging on hooks ready to go my order was still not done yet. I waited for like 10 - 15 minutes for my order. When I finally got my order for uber eats the doordash orders where still on the hooks... Today DoorDash sent me a double stack for chipollete for $5.00's for like 2 miles. I said to myself I know it is a double no tip stack but I will take it anyway to see if I am right. Sure enough both orders the only orders on the shelf had been there for a while they where both very cold. I put them in the hot bags anyway and left. Mind you these where the only two orders on the shelves still. The tiers is going to kill doordash...
Too bad it would be too difficult to arrange but if her one day everybody really refused to take crap 💩- I’m pretty sure they’d have to add a little bit of incentive pretty fast. When their phone lines are jammed up with customers wondering where their food is.
Can you tell us Chuck how to best understand the map? I find myself accepting orders that I think look good and then they always seem to be going farther than I expected. Maybe I just need to be more familiar with the area I’m driving in, but it seems like anytime I take a stacked order through a different app, I get pretty confused about how to go about that.
I think it really helps to be very familiar with your zone. And to recognize on the offer screen map whether the orders are going N, S, E or W. Occasionally I misread the map and then I have a mess on my hands.

I wish they didn’t have these programs because I find myself ending a schedule or closing out the app to avoid saying no to orders I know I need to go in a certain direction for. I wish they would let you set where you are going so they can funnel orders to everyone in the way they want. I just got assigned my first stacked DD and it never ceases to amaze me how far away from their homes people are willing to order Taco Bell or McDonald’s from! That stuff is sometimes cold in the drive through! Using my hot bag and doing my best.
@@laurafratoni7931, sadly that doesn't work. Once they attempt to send it to you, it counts against you. Even if it's their app's fault for bugging out or you didn't have enough signal to even receive it and that's why you couldn't accept, it counts against you. Once you see the order, either take it or don't, but don't bother closing the app. You can pause your dash after declining so you can drive away so it doesn't get offered to you again as part of a stack, but otherwise it's pointless. I realized that myself after a month. Happy Dashing!

Drivers should be delaying orders they accepted on Uber to then go pick up a DoorDash. The customer is paying you for the order to be delivered on time. Intentionally making their food cold lowers the likelihood they order again.
