Rio Chama Campground, New Mexico

Rio Chama Campground is located on the Rio Chama Wild and Scenic River in the Santa Fe National Forest, in north-central New Mexico. This is a free campground in a beautiful canyon setting. The gate is locked from late October to mid-April.
Plan ahead, bring your own wood and water and check to make sure there is no rain in the forecast as the road is nearly impassable when wet. Also, check for any fire restrictions before you visit.
RV's up to 20' can be accommodated in some sites.
There is no cell signal at this campground.

Hey there. I’m sorry you feel that way and I completely understand. I really only feature videos on the campgrounds and dispersed camping sites that are already available on apps & the internet. I always tell people to pick up trash, put their fires out, etc.
My goal is not to say, hey, camp here, but more, if you’re searching for info on this campground, here it is.
People are going to find places to camp no matter what, I’m just trying to show what to expect. Sorry again.

@@highdesertcampertours Yeah, but when you highlight it in a video it turns to shit.... That area has become crowded during certain times of the year... Making it hard to find camping... But you don't care... As long as you're getting views...
