*_You could've done better if you didn't constantly ask them questions._* Every time you asked a question, and they answered it, you got upset and you would say they interrupted you. And then you also got frustrated when you didn't get the answer you wanted from the questions you asked. It came across as if this was the first time you heard anyone disagree with you. Which makes me think you usual operate in an *Echo Chamber.* It didn't help that you were too emotional. A good technique is to pause and take a deep breath. This will help you oxygenate the brain and give you time to gather your composure. You were too agitated. You kept moving and fidgeting which made it very difficult to watch. In the future sit still. Good posture projects confidence. Please don't fidget, twitch, wiggle, squirm, or scratch. Your hand movements were very exaggerated which was inappropriate and poor mannerism. I expect to see those hand movements in a hip hop or rap battle but not on national television.
You started off so well. I think you could benefit from a public speaking course and a movement course to help you develop the skills you need to effectively communicate and to strength your arguments.
