Thanos is no longer satisfied with only 3 Infinity Stones and has begun to collect more. He can now change effects of his Infinity Stones at the Rest Area. Once Thanos has collected all six Infinity Stones, he can K.O. random enemy heroes with a snap of his fingers.
Passive Ability
Passive: Thanos receives a shield when he avoids damage for a set amount of time.
(New) Passive - Decimation: Once Thanos has collected all six Infinity Stones, he can K.O. random enemy heroes with a snap of his fingers.
Ability 4 (Ultimate)
(New) Passive: Each upgrade to this ability grants Thanos an Infinity Stone that enhances his abilities. Each enhancement also grants a new Infinity Stone to Avatar of Bast, Surtur, and the enemy hero with most K.O in sequence. Thanos can collect these stones by assisting the K.O.
Thanos can change the Infinity Stones' enhancement effects in the Rest Area.
Active: Thanos punches the specified enemy hero with the Infinity Gauntlet, dealing damage.

I used to idealize a MOBA Thanos only executing enemies within a certain hp threshold, but only damaging the others a little. Now this, this is completely nuts

A simple way to balance it would be deleted enemies will be resurrected within 3-5 seconds this way it will force you to use it accurate timings (when contesting surter you can snap to eleminate and force enemy to go back to base reducing the competition and gaining easy fight)
Imagine if they add a mechanic where if you kill a guy playing as thanos while you playing as iron man you get all the stones and be able to snap then instantly die

Its not that ez to snap...
1.If ur team is winning, the game ends fast....
2.if u on ur way but ur jungler slay the suthur/leviathan b4 u reach there, u got no stone
3.If ur team is winning but u cant get the last stone from an enemy, u cant snap
4.U die once because u got no tank to soak dmg and theres 3 energy hero in ur team? U lost ur stones n cant snap...
5. U try to stall the game and wait suthur to get more stones? U team wanna finish fast hence u cant snap
6. Ur team was losing? Dont even dream to snap hehe
The snap was purely design when both team was in stalemate and somehow thanos got one stone from the enemy team....

Getting all the stones is already hard enough, ive frequently matched up with Thanos, and most of the matches they cant even snap

peeps going crazy about how op this snap is, just a reminder this skill is like literally hard to execute its not always guaranteed that you could snap in every game it's all about the luck and on how long the game goes
maybe it shoukd be redesign to less req. equal to less casuality given...more realistic..in a way the true character(thanos) in reality can snap any time...it should be realistic that way with less requirement needed to collect stone...and just lessen the casuality to 1 hero per snap..or 1 hero..and 2 reduced to half health...

Idk why I've received this video in my recomandation list. I didn't even know this game exist. I've played mobas before, but this looks op af. Even if it has a lot of requirments, being able to wipe 3 enemies in late game without counterplay is gg, that should not be allowed happen (but maybe this game is built different so who am I to judge)

watching the full video, getting all the stones seems like a challenge on its own and this snap is not as easy to execute as it shows at the start of the video. I think the fact that they made it difficult to a point that in most games thanos will probably not even be able to get all the stones balances it out

its "unbalanced", ironically enough. yes, getting the stones are somewhat of a challenge, but if your team not even necessary to be you, snowballed the game since early, its very easy to secure the two map objectives that gives the two stones, and you only need to kill one enemy hero to get the last stone (not even required to be killed by you), and its also random, like the game could put the last stone on the enemy tank hero, its bs. and even if the game is just equal on both sides, if you played careful enough you will still "inevitably" get all of the stones. this game literally took thanos " i am inevitable" to their core.

It's too OP, there should be a way to balance it out. Maybe lose 30-50% of his health permanently just like in the MCU where half of his body was burned
It almost can't be used most of the game since gathering the stone is literally hard and time consuming. If your team are not like way way ahead in level and gold, you can say bye bye to the snap. Most snap used after 15 minutes mark where most matches already ended by then.

I can only think of if she kill a hero she would get a page of darkhold after 5 kill or something the page became a book of darkhold but how many kill she will get ?(with the book of course)

the snap is creative and kinda overkill at the same times, what if instead they make he gains differents effect from collected stones, like time stones passively gave him movement speed or cooldown reduction, soul stones gave passively gave him percentages of healing effect or its heal him everytimes he deals damage, power stone passively gave him atk dmg and so on...
The stones already give Thanos different abilities. That would be overkill if they also give passives.

when your team is winning you wont get to snap cause this game has alot of comebacks on late game so your teamates avoids this.
if your enemy is winning no way youre gonna get stones.
the only time you can get all 6 stones if your with your friends and just stalling the game.
in ranked solo theres no way you can do this

That's not how it works. Thanos just wanted to erase half, but he can erase everyone if he wanted but he said reducing it to half can make it balanced.

I've been encountering Thanos several times in match, and all of them ended before he can snap. Luckily, I've seen the snap once from Thanos as an ally. We purposely stalled the game to see the snap, and it was impressive. I only need 27 shards more to get him..
Well I did the snap yesterday
We were in the perfect lead about to win
But as soon as I did the snap my teammates just gave up
Like they were thinking they don't have to do anything else now
And lost a match we almost won

Almost impossible to do this when playing solo tbh, if your team is winning, they Will end the game as fast as possible, to avoid a comeback
And if your team losing, you wont even have a chance to snap
So yeah, play with your friends i guess

Yes you will also be caught by the snap .. there was another video whereas he tested everything from untargetable to resurrection and more .. no one can escape thanos' snap, only banning him can

Does the enemy also knows that they're the one being targeted/affected by the snap? also is there a way to avoid/cheat the snap of thanos, like BP using his ult in the right time, Ghost's S2 and Vision's S1 or Magiks Ult?
