    i see that even your wrist is bent while some say that the palm should wrap the bar and the wrist should not be bent which will enable more lift . Is this correct ?

    Guru ji mere cheat day m jab m banch press marta hu to mera elbow 90 degree se kaam hota h mtlb jab m bar chest m touch karta hu to elbow ka angle 90 se kaam hota h

    sir 38 years ki age me gym start kiya hai and aaj second time chest press workout kiya but 5kg se extra weight nhi utha pa rha, saara pressure left shoulder par aata hai agar weight increase krta hu.

      Agar pressure ek side aa rha hai to mind muscle connection ka issue bhi ho sakta hai. Workout k pehla thoda warm up karo and jab workout karo tab poora focus rakho. Har ek rep ko slow karo and feel karo. Chaahe 5-7 rep hi aae lekin mind muscle connection bht important hai.

      Don’t be jealous bro if u can’t do much , not everyone works hard enough. Taking steroids also doesn’t guarantee muscles unless u train for it
