Agar pressure ek side aa rha hai to mind muscle connection ka issue bhi ho sakta hai. Workout k pehla thoda warm up karo and jab workout karo tab poora focus rakho. Har ek rep ko slow karo and feel karo. Chaahe 5-7 rep hi aae lekin mind muscle connection bht important hai.
