Actually had my multimedia teacher show my class this for our filmmaking assessment as a basis, safe to say all 17 of us LOVED this, it's a bloody masterpiece
The voice acting, music, sound effects, editing - it's absolutely marvelous. This is genuinely better than some movies I've seen! Also, like everyone else is saying, I appreciate how you didn't even try to adapt the boxes or your house and backyard into something that looks like a warzone, but instead just excepted it as the environment for the film. It's truly genius and it's not even distracting. I love this video and this channel, and I can't wait to see what happens next!
Kid: “Dad. Do you want to play?” Dad: “ Not just at the moment son, I’m filming.” Kid: “ Dad. Where’s my army men?” Dad: ????????. It was great to see it all together. 👍
Yes and no. Humans would need to figure out how such technology works and how to operate it. It’s not as simple as reverse engineering. There could be mechanisms, elements and elements unknown to us. It would have to go through rigorous testing and experimentation as well, before being ready for human use.
@@General_Beluour weapons is more powerful than theirs though, Bet they cant reverse engineer our Nuclear weapons since its too powerful to be held by those saurians
I know people say this all the time but you really deserve a lot more views and subs than you currently have. I can tell you put a ton of effort into this, it is very much appreciated!
The visual effects are absolutely amazing. The tracers look very realistic. This is a movie to play in a dark room on your big tv with RUclips, drinks and snacks
Id like to imagine drop bear and the other special forces are Australian, who else has the balls to sneak into a overgrown lizzards base with a British accent
This stop motion film with miniatures is more realistic than most of the Hollywood alien invasion films when it comes to depicting modern warfare accurately, and I enjoy every second of it.
Hats off to you mate, what a production! When I was a kid back in the early 2000s, I did something similar at a very basic level. Using cheap green army men and a few toy trucks and rocket launcher, I took around 300 photos and made 3-4 gifs depicting setting up a SAM site and launching a missile. Also switched the figures around to make them crouch and run, and used a lot of tissues to create “smoke”. It took me forever but it was so much fun. Seeing this mind blowing piece that is completely on another level brought back so much great memory; and quite literally seeing a childhood dream not only come true, but in a way that is a million times better. Thank you! Cheers to the Aussie accent, with the color scheme of some of these minis I thought you were using the Empress aussie line. The combat scene and the plots are hardcore and top notch, definitely better than a lot of movies out there. The typical backyard, mesh doors, orange sky, and woolie’s tissue box in the back drop made the whole thing so relatable and even more epic. Love the idea too, glad to see different human factions come together, what a breeze of fresh air. As a Chinese ethnic, I also appreciate the Chinese minis playing a part in it. If you need to, I am happy to do some Chinese dub haha. Again, massive respect to your effort mate, and thanks for such a entertainment masterpiece.
Easily as exiting and enthralling as any action film I have seen. The use of your floor with no attempt to hide the incongruous full scale objects is what makes this wonderful. The background is irrelevant compared to the superbly crafted action. Magnificent work.
Fantastic! Seeing it all flow together...I do love the 'pullback' shots - this massive ordeal going on, turns into these little pops and crackles!!! Effects and storytelling just getting better!
This is a masterpiece! I'm glad you finally put it all together into one movie. Been waiting a while hoping for season 2. Was losing hope! Can't wait to see more!!! Thanks for all your hard work. :)
Man, this was legitimately one of the most well-produced films of any type on RUclips. I feel bad watching this for free, it's that good. Bravo, you absolutely KILLED this.
I think that it should not be necessary for aliens (demons) to invade us and for the entire human civilization to be at risk (Of extinction) so that we stop fighting among ourselves with unnecessary wars, also those alien-demons are unfortunately physically stronger than us ; How could we solve it? (We need more advanced technology)
Only temporarily. Us humans never change. Even after an alien war, we'll have peace for a while, but then go back to what humans do best; shooting each other in the face.
Terrific. It’s a dramatisation that reminds my child games at home (based on WWII) as well one personal episode where we were toughly playing rugby at the beach and suddenly a relatively big wave smashed us hard sweeping both teams as autumn leaves, unexpectedly. All was a mesh, total caos under the water rolling upside down. Good script, good scenery, etc. Well done.
BEAUTIFUL! Simply BEAUTIFUL! Once I forget they're just toys, it's not so different from watching a war movie like "Blackhawk Down"! Simply BEAUTIFUL! ENCORE! MORE! MORE!
Well done: timing is everything, and you nailed it. One question- the cat scratching posts led me to believe this would be a "peace keeping mission" against cats.
The stop motion is great, the voice acting is great, the editing and effects are great, the fighting and the overall story were great, this is an amazing series, 100% deserves more views and subscribers. Can't wait to see more episodes!
Wow this was actually a masterpiece and a great RUclips mini movie, exceeded my expectations. It’s fitting together, the voice, music, effect and explosion was bombastic and each frame crackled with horrific and masterfully crafted death and destruction. Beautiful movie
I stumbled upon this and I must say I truly enjoyed this very much and I am hooked now. I have an idea I'd love to become reality if interested. I've always wanted to see special forces group like Delta or seals go back in time to fight with the confederacy against the union, to see how the world would be after a victory. I loved your attention to detail. One of my favorite parts is when the sniper got the head shot and the other guy shot the javelin! Good job!

By far my favorite is the CAS call in for the First Backyard Battle, the music made my skin get goosebumps, let alone the feeling of nostalgia that felt like I was watching transformers all over again seeing the CAS strike, the radio comms hit different too and just feels like you were a prior service member, can't stop watching it let alone this movie. Something i love about this movie is how realistic the effects are. Most effect layering on stop motion looks crummy and fake but this really hit the spot, congrats!!

In that scene where the two forces join arms they may be Foe they may be friend but we're all human in the end when the world needs it we should work together that scene almost made me cry when I thought about that
I gotta say, the effects composited with the stop-motion was fantastic! and I can say that I always wanted to do something like this since I was little, but anything I would have done would have paled in comparison!
This has me inspired to do a stop motion war film of my own, but make it non cinematic. I want it to feel lile it was recorded by someone there. I also want to use practical effexts for the explosions, which would be tough, but I thinl well worth the effort. I also want the vehicles to feel like they have weight to them, which is something I sadly don't see much of in stop motion due to how tough it is to make something seem like it's accelerating
I’m a retired Army Infantryman. You and your friends put a lot of thought and effort in this, good job. I won’t go into nit picking little details or “what if” something. Look into how anti-armor teams work in a battle, for dealing with a guerrilla type enemy, anti-armor needs are at a minimal but in places like we see in Ukraine today, they play a huge role. My job title was MOS 11H Heavy Anti Armor Weapons Infantryman then in the late 90’s we were relabeled as 11B since we can do regular Infantry tasks as well. In dealing with an enemy with large amounts of armored vehicles, it can decimate an Infantry unit so organic anti-armor can balance the equation. We’re usually forward of the Infantry defense line by a couple kilometers or terrain depending. We start by calling in artillery fire or CAS missions since we have good thermal and standard optics. Once the enemy is within 4,000 meters we engage with our TOW missiles, we have a couple different types of missiles we can choose to use against a target to ensure a kill. Once they get within a few hundred meters of me, we displace and bound backwards along roads/trails and cover each other as we inflict more kills. By this time the Air Force and Army attack helos are taking a serious toll on the enemy and about 70% of the enemy’s tanks will be dead or immobile. We’ll also have some serious obstacles waiting for the enemy that the 12B’s Combat Engineers made (to see what they can do, look in Field Manual 5-34) so that means the enemy will be stopped as they deal with the obstacles and that’s the last thing they should do, anything that sits, becomes an easy target. Often we see weird armored vehicles on the battlefield and gunners will make the mistake of shooting at a bridge laying vehicle and shoot the bridge and not the vehicle so we have to advise people to remember that. You’ll see all kinds of weird stuff in Russian inventory so wasting a TOW missile on a ditching machine isn’t the wisest option, we can hammer that with something else since it doesn’t have a main gun other than a light MG. As leaders, we’re constantly watching our ammunition levels and ensuring fire discipline with the men since sometimes they can get nervous once a battle begins. We always anticipate actions on contact since armies like the Russians don’t change their doctrine as western armies do, they just flood the battlefield with their forces and hope some get through, which they eventually will. They also rely on a LOT of artillery so we have to dig in and have good overhead cover since it will come. They also have some insanely large mortar systems.
This was amazing. I loved all the details that you put in there. The A-10 going, brrrrt As they do in real life, the tanks were awesome although a tank can’t move anywhere without infantry support anymore but it was sick. It was Awesome. If you decided to make this into real humans, I would gladly join in. This was awesome. The fact that each unit works so tightly together is just an overbearing I believe salute to how our military works. Some of my favorite moments were the first time the Athena group attacked when the one soldier said that’s why I paid my taxes, and then the one in the blue uniform when he said, I think we hit ammo Dump. This was amazing. I can’t wait for season two if it’s not already out.
Bravo👏 that was great ! What a twist I was not expecting that at all when the aliens showed up. This is a masterpiece ! Honestly, I feel like I would pay to see something like this in the movie theater 🤓
Sure to be demonitised by RUclips. Way too much for the algorithm to sort out. Excellent job. You need loads of co-oporative flies to act as drones in modern warfare.

Congrats 👏😊

Bravo👏 that was great ! What a twist I was not expecting that at all when the aliens showed up. This is a masterpiece ! Honestly, I feel like I would pay to see something like this in the movie theater 🤓
can't wait for season 2.. good job man.. that was one entertaining movie!
Very enjoyable! Excellent job filming and voice overs/sound effects! Looking forward to season 2 =)
Omg its gave me nostalgia with the battlefield soundtrack and voice line
Army men is one thing but this is a whole another thing
Effects are spot on and exactly in the right place and sound effects and scenery is amazing
This was utterly amazing! I haven't seen a movie this good in a while! Can't wait for season 2!!!!
Sure to be demonitised by RUclips.
Way too much for the algorithm to sort out.
Excellent job. You need loads of co-oporative flies to act as drones in modern warfare.
I haven't had any issues fingers crossed
This is REALLY great. I love it. So much work. Very inspiring
The part at 15:22 where the soldier screams "This sucks!" killed me 🤣
