Hello guys. Thank you for the reaction. Actually, Niya means naive in our Moroccan culture. The song is about a girl who was preparing for her wedding, and suddenly the groom didn't show up. She says that she will no longer believe in his excuses. If he's really in love with her, he should prove it, because the girl is no longer naive. What is good about Manal, as a singer, is her passion for trying different genres of music. And she's got a hell beautiful voice. Thank you again, and greetings from Morocco.

So Niya (neeya for the english speakers) in this sing stands for that feeling if trust that you gave to someone without even thinking about what's gonna happened after, and manal in the song represent girls that give up their virginity and their life for their lovers because they trust them enough to think that they'll get married after. We as morrocans portray that dissapointment in the word NIYA, we say "i was there for you with all my NIYA".
And the blood is her lossing her virginty.

In moroccan culture the sign of blood means the first night between the man and his bride .. i means that thé bride IS virgin
"Niya" النية in Arabic means "Intention" that's the literal meaning. However, in Moroccan language it's a concept refers to "pure innocent intentions". Although some people would use it as a negative description such as being "naive", some would use it as a positive one such as simply being "pure in heart"

Manal actually explains in an interview that in this song she’s telling the story of a Sheikha (which is a female singer and dancer from Moroccan pop culture) who was gonna be married to a man but he rejected her knowing her job (being a Sheikha is not seen in a good way)

It's not naya but niyya with an "e" sound between n and y.
Literally in Arabic, it means "the will to do something". E.g: I have the Niya to take this project or sth.
But in Moroccan Arabic dialect, it can have this meaning, but we usually use it as an adjective for people who are too naive. Someone who's niya doesn't know anything about the real world and how ppl act; "naive".
And Manal here tells her beloved (maybe he's not anymore):

The blood is representing an old tradition where the bride's family must give proof of their daughters virginity at the wedding day. They put the bride's underwear that "must" be stained with her blood on a sort of plate and then they show it to everybody with proud.
