I'm happy that I saw this before you decide to cut it down, and for me I would not recommend over tightening it too much. It's just fine. IMO the value I got out of it is the process from end to end and that means a lot, which I believe that is what you were trying to achieve. Thank you very much for taking the time to share.

I tried the SRT to JSON transcript converter link in the description and it has gone missing and returns a 404 error. Do you have a GitHub link?

Explain what you try to achieve, not what you do. Cut the details.. Make the video shorter. Less code, this is even indigestible for chatgpt.
