Thank youuuu!!! This a big help for my project XD
Now this looks really good!!! Thankyou very much!!
LOVE THIS
GOOD JOB DUDE
such an amazing tutorial, thank you
From architect "it's quick to build, only takes 10 minutes". I'd love to hear what the wood construction worker says when he receives these drawings about how quick it is to build IRL =) The actual trick is to do something that looks very nice (not dull) yet is quick to "build". Maybe for something like this Revit should be able to output digital instructions to CNC etc machine that would cut those wood stripes exactly in correct length and number them THEN it would be very easy for construction guy just to line those up!
Ofcourse this will take too long on actual construction even with the process u mention with CNC. He just mean its quick build in REVIT only.
thank you so much this hack just came in the perfect time
thanks, alot of love hope you become rich ❤️
Really nice as usual
Amazing tutorial! i don't have the empty curtain wall type to make the glass dissapear?
Thanks for the help! Your are a true Master! 👍
Splendid Tutorial.
what happens if we don't have a 50 by 60 mullion is it okay to uses a 30mm squared mullion or a circular mullion
is it strange to say that my curtain panel doesnt have an "empty" option pls help
+1 have you found a solution?
I don't have it as well and honestly I don't know what to do
thank you for all bro
Fking amazing as usual dude. Thanks a lot for teaching us
can anyone tell me how you created the empty system panel? As i dont have that choice in my revit 2021. :(
How do I apply this to a wall with standard windows and doors so it cut them automatically?
You are amazing - thankyou!!!!!
once again super tutoriel
Thanks for your amazing videos !! !
I'm in 2022 and I don't have the option for Empty System, and I can't change mullion types. Any suggestions?
Thank you! This was awesome
Hey I think most of you guys already know it but if you just click one of the mullions, you can change its material from there.
hey bro i dont have (empty system panel) on my revit how can i do it???
just change the material of the glass to "air" in families and make the thickness 0.1 so it doesnt come in your rendered view
u can even load family of empty panel and try
@@tanviashok8880 not a right way.. there should be a family there named Empty panel and load it..
@@theminimalist9882 Okay that works, but when i cut the empty element, it replaces it with the old standard element. Any idea how to avoid that?
That was so helpfuuul!! thank you
hey sorry, anyone can help me with why my revit doesn't have the "Empty System Panel: Panel" option? 3:17 should i make that option myself first or maybe i can find it somewhere? thank you
tried to make the "empty system panel: panel" by editing the "system panel: glazed" with changing the glass into ---> a "nothing" material andddd it worked! on every view BUT the realistic view... ofc something's still showing up as the panel in realistic view (even though i use a 100% transparent picture and the transparency is already set to 100 haha one can only hope and try)
Encountered a problem, when I edit the wall to the frame I want, a message is received
"Can't make type "M_Empty Panel".
and forces to return the glass
Wowww…..thank you so much
Its very helpful,thank you 😊
Hi! Can you give me some advice? I can't find my empty system wall panels. I've look on properties and editing curtain wall. Do i need to download this family? If so where do i download from?
have you found a solution?
This can be too late but to fix this you have to load empty system panel family located the curtain wall panels folder in the libraries.
I can't find "Empty" in curtain palel
I just found this in a forum and it works! :D Try it
1. FAMILIES > NEW 2. Pick (template) file METRIC CURTAIN WALL PANEL.RFT 3. FILE > SAVE named for example EMPTY PANEL 4. Click LOAD INTO PROJECT. Good Luck
@@emanuelmora9072 thanks man i love you 😂
Mind blown 😮
I Love it! thanks a lot!
Great. Very useful. I wanted to ask you how you would suggest that this type of wall can be made to be curved in plan and inclined vertically at the same time? Thx.
thank you! you saved me
everything worked well until i made the roof by extrusion and in the section where the panels were cut it said can't use type empty system panel so it just fills it with a glass panel on top. what's the solution?
love it , thanks a lot
Great tuytorial thank you. I want to create walls made out of fixed width panels (for example a cold store constructed from panels 1190 wide) - do you have anything that might cover that please? Thanks
Hello BA! Im a huge fan of your videos and it helped me A LOT as an architecture student thank you so much!! Also, im wondering if you know where of how to get the empty system panel I can't seem to find a solution to I can get it. Thank you in advance!
same here

Oi mate, 1 year late buh this is the solution. You get the way BA change the verical mullions to wood? Go there but this time; curtain panel-system panel-(make a name). Mine is Empty. So for the material use Air. Go back to normal edit type and there you have it: Empty. Genius?
when you hide the roof it's still there no? so when it comes to detailing or moving things around it still has to be there?
Really useful tips thanks
thanks for your time and effort
can you make a tutorial on using GIS in revit
Thank you! Help a lot all the time. But got a problem here this time, how can we change the material of the mullion?
ขอบคุณครับ
How can i set this up that the horizontal and vertical beams do not cut each other, but run straight through? I want to create two stacked layers of wood.
Can we apply the same system to the ceiling?
no, if you want to make something like this on the ceilling you could use a curtain wall by mass
This is really smart you should upload it to revit city.
Can you edit profile the curtain wall if it's curved? I can't seem to do it on mine. Thank youu!
Very nice. How would you make openings for windows, Door, Louvers?would you create grid lines outlining these elements and make the "panel" some thin default wall to serve as a host for doors and windows/louvers? Is there a better way?
Did you find a good easy way
love this video!
I'm using revit 2024 and I don't have these options I just have the sizes. Do you know how can I do the wood?
Can i thank you enough for this tutorial?
I still have the glass in the curtain wall...even though the Curtain Panel (in type properties) is set to Empty. Why?
Thank you!
How can i give that curvy form to the base of the wall?
Hi, thank you a lot. its possible that you show how to add a door?
very useful thanks!!!!
Excellent
very good tutorial ! now plesea ctrl+ V to my pc ...
i couldn't find "empty system panel" from the options. what shall i do?
good teacher...
Excellent I hopp you do mor video like this
my revit2017 dosen't have empty system panel..? what to do
you can individually delete the glass, or go to family edit new panel system
Nice one, Now demonstrate roof structures with a curtain wall, will you also show another method to roofs in order to show which method is fastest.
I am using Revit 2022 and I am not able to get rid of the glass when following all the exact same steps. Is it a bug in this version?
how about if i want the lower part is the cutted area? just like on ur into clip
in the reality model we have to pest the texture (seperately taken by camera ) --- how we can resize the photo according to the dimention and match according the reality ---please suggest
Hello sir. I have the revit 2022 but there is no "empty system panel" in my option what should I do?
there its a way to make horizontal and vertical mullions continues? for metal louvers?
You are amazing
