I think Moontoon should prioritize skins we dont have yet first, even for basic skins. Its always sad to not get the basic skins you dont have yet, and always get the one you have over and over again in these events. Also for Elite and Special. That would have been worth to spend for.
Before i really get upset when ever i get duplicated skin and cursed moonton for that... But when they change the suolicated skin from fragment to token or crest it make me happy to hey those duplicated so i can get more ticket to spin and get those new limited skin

Plus you can't choose which skin you will get. for example the last aspirant event you either get lesley or change. my advice watch other RUclipsrs how to spend wisely. i got aspirant lesley on 50th draw and aspirant ruby on 40th draw.

I think they will also do a lucky starlight chest again so you can spend diamonds there to get more fragments. If you're lucky, you can also get starlight cards to use for the next month.
You need to purchase the starlight pass itself to have access to the shop, every starlight pass gives 1k fragments at level 60, you can use them to purchase from the starlight shop
