Hello Chris. I know you forte is in FreePBX. Have you used Vicidial as a contact center solution? There was a series Crosstalk did in Vicidial sometime back but it's now somewhat dated and wasn't as deep as the FreePBX series. Are there any plans to do an in-depth updated series for Vicidial?
I have not used Vicidial, and am not personally familiar with it. There isn't really a support or sales audience for that product, so no - we won't be doing any videos on it, nor do we support it anymore.
