I was in a wheelchair at Doncaster Racecourse, England forty or so years ago, and I was faced with an escalator. Two men came, unasked, and picked me up in my chair and carried me to the upper level. Such kindness from strangers is well worth praising, as in the case of the two young ladies. Well done to anyone who helps a person in difficulties.
He just wanted to meet babes.
Better than convincing you over and over again and again that you are a burden on society, family, etc. that you are not worth it, that you don’t belong…we already live with those decaying, empty, hurtful words. Forget the words, put love into action. It’s what is missing in Christian society

I am applauding. This is how we should all act. To have this kind of empathy and compassion for another human being is wonderful to see. Gives me hope that will get through these tough times of hatred that is growing.

I totally agree with your comment and when I was young it seemed this way as I got older it became less and less. by Middle age that is when doors started to get slammed in my face instead of held open as I went through and now there are few and far between "awesome people" what use to be just everyday people!!

This actually brought tears to my eyes. There’s still so much good in the world, and their parents are doing an amazing job to raise such compassionate thoughtful young women.

I was with a disabled lady friend of mine, and somehow she managed to get one of the wheels of her powered chair stuck in a rut by the curb...until 6 or 7 young black guys came along....they took one look...arranged themselves around the powered chair ( these things are HEAVY ! ) then literally just picked the chair up ( with her in it ) and carried her across the road. The finishing touch was when a police car came along and stopped any other traffic. Very nicely done lads :-)

At 88 and having had polio in my youth I recently had to start using crutches as my leg got weaker and I am truly blessed by my wife, friends and complete strangers who give me a helping hand when I am in difficult situations. We are drowned in bad news daily but the good will always shine and triumph.
I am so happy to know that kindness and humanity still exist in this world to the bare minimum.
