    Simple tip, if youre new to fps, use aim trainer most for training, timing, tracking and flicking will be the focus. if you are experienced, use aim trainers to warm up, and getting closer to your potential, then practice in shooting range.
    limits in aim isnt locked to mastering, but is locked to subconscious reactions (what you train). but focus keeps it consistent.
    i feel limitless techniqually, but there is always a time that comes when my hand hurts and i have to rest

    In-game training is a MUST over external Aim trainers. Not only are you developing muscle memory but you're also getting your eye/brain to track the right objects. Aim trainers don't do that, you're clicking on stuff that you won't see in-game.
    Counter point #1: Aim is not that important ONCE aim is no longer the problem. Aim is very important for people who can't aim. Each and every skill level is important up to a certain degree. It's like different boss fights at different stages of the game.
    Counter point #2: There have been studies showing that changing your sens slightly to throw off your muscle memory improves learning, just as switching the gun visual from right to left will also change the way you think - you'll hide in places you normally wouldn't etc. Same reason as variable weight training causes muscle confusion and there for increases muscle building.
    Love the vids! Specially the radiant ear piece series!

    • @somdre6129

      Muscle memory in aiming is litearly a meme, it dosen’t exist. Aim trainers aren’t ment to replicate in game scenarios. They are meant to develop your mouse control and improve your reactivity, smoothness etc. A lot of grandmaster aimers have all managed to beat their high scores using a sens randomizer. Using an aim trainer can be extremely beneficial if done right. For instance, playing gridshot all day will have a extremely small impact on your aim. Aiming is often misuderstood in the valorant community and videoes like this one are to blame.
      Edit: muscle memory is a thing, however it does not matter as much as this community portrays it. It almost doesn’t have any impact on your aim

    • @coolpanda2456
      @coolpanda2456 2 года назад +2

      I'm not a pro but checking corners where you think enemies might be hiding is a great habit, as for crouching when firing, this is called crouch spraying and If you do it every time it throws off your crosshair placement so you will be hitting body shots instead of headshots. That being said crouching can also throw off the enemies crosshair. I would recommend breaking the habit of crouching every time and learn which situations are good for crouching. Straight up unbinding crouch can help this habit and improve crosshair placement (personal experience).

    • @Sm00thieK
      @Sm00thieK 2 года назад

      crouching everytime is a bad habit, eventhough you maybe able to get a couple of kills, at higher ranks they 1tap you no matter if you crouch or stand. Crouch is a waste of time in that case.

    • @ballsweat5578
      @ballsweat5578 2 года назад +5

      As a controller, your top priority should be setting up for your duelist to take space. So cutting off angles or causing enemies to relocate, that should be your goal rather than get kills. It’s natural for a duelist to have more kills but you shouldn’t ever take any gun fight.

    Aim labs aren't a place for training your aim but stead your focus
    it won't help you perfect your flicks nor will it help you master the movement mechanics but rather the focus
    I used to do aim labs for 2 to 3 hours and yes I did see a lot of improvement but only for a short while later when I climbed ranks and reached silver
    I changed my ways of training.
    1: On-grid shots custom I would change the sizes of balls to tiny and I would do this for only 15 mins
    2: In practice ground I would run through all three difficulties for at least an hour and then I would start 50 bots round put them on strafing, practicing for at least 30 mins
    3: played 3 to 4 death matches daily
    4:Played valo for at least 4 to 5 hours
    and walla now I am diamond.
    (Friendly reminder) Sensitivity
    Don't lower it too much as it would slow your flicks and not too high to be precise
    Mine is 0.22

    • @skillcappedvalorant
      @skillcappedvalorant  2 года назад +1

      If your Sensitivity feels too high for average play then changing it is worth it. TenZ is mostly just saying don't change your Sensitivity frequently expecting it to fix your aim.
      Basically as long as your Sensitivity is between 240-480 EDPI you're probably fine, as that's the range 99% of pro's are in. Anything lower or higher, I'd probably consider switching it.
      So to answer your question, your eDPI is 700, meaning you're sensitivity is incredibly high, and lowering it might yield some benefit, but once you find something comfortable in that range I mentioned it's unlikely any changes are going to make a massive difference long term.

    In reality, aimlab is not what gives tenz insane aim. It's his 10000 hours of playing counter strike (many of which were spent in an in-game aim trainer called "aim botz"). If you want to get good aim I recommend establishing good mouse control with aim trainers like kovaaks 2.0 then mainly training in-game using the range and deathmatches.

    There's no point using aim trainers for games that require no aim. 99% of aim in cs/valorant is crosshair placement and tiny micro adjustments with super low ttk. Aim trainers make much more sense for games with high ttk and lots of tracking and movement/verticality.
