Hello i just watched your youtube video about custom jewelry I want to pick a vendor on alibaba but i was trying to figure out do i first buy the Sample jewelry that i want and then post on my website and then once a customer orders i got ot that vendor nad pay that vendor for to send the custom order out to me and am i charging customers more than what the vendor is charging i absolutely suck at pricing my items so im wondering if i should double the price because if im paying of pocket to the vendor to get the jewelry sent to me i need to price my items higher am i correct

What I do is save a picture of the piece of jewelry I am interested in and then go into my Google photos and do a Google search for that image :) brave yourself, the majority of them are copied designs... 😔

Is it real gold ?
Is brass material jewellery good ?
Personally, I don’t think so bc it tarnishes. It’s made of copper and zinc and the copper might turn the skin green. However, if the brass is gold plated it might not turn the skin green. But it depends I guess. If ppl want to wear brass long term then it wouldn’t be a good idea to buy. But that’s me. Sometimes jewelry made with alloy aren’t that great but as long as the customer knows that it will eventually tarnish then it’s fine.

@@shivanipal5431 ...I started a small jewelry business in 2020 selling stainless steel jewelry. Personally, I like stainless steel and that was the style I wanted cuz I like silver. Now if you like ...you can do that and use 316L or 304 stainless steel because it doesn’t rust nor tarnish. But the issue is ..I think a lot of ppl like gold jewelry than stainless lol. But that doesn’t mean ppl don’t buy stainless steel jewelry. You can research/Google some gold jewelry that doesn’t tarnish or it takes longer to tarnish and is affordable for you. My business is slow so far lol sucks.
I’ve seen high end brands sell gold plated brass . They can last long with proper care I haven’t bought it myself but it’s an option to look into :)
