Tom and Barbara need a short break. Jerry offers to arrange for them to stay in a Mayfair flat belonging to one of his friends. He and Margo offer to look after the animals for the weekend.
The Goods finally agree to go away for three days.
After staying away for one night, they get so worreied about what might be going wrong at home that they rush back to Surbiton.
I last saw a couple episodes over 40 years ago, and am finally retired and fixated on this series. Splendid!

its weird watching this show... compare it to todays efforts and you see the change in society. to be "good" was seen as the defacto standard in those times. nowadays we are almost at the opposite of that. its very sad.
The nastiness of 80s alternative comedy, that was like school bullies taking over the culture + making gratuitous malice cool, did that.
All of the shows from the UK and the US during the 50 60s and 70s were good well-written wholesome shows everything now is effing garbage
