This made me relive my PTSD from doing the Canary and the Breadcrumb Fairy in shows lol. Great class made me really work up a sweat almost face planted on the rose adagio
I love this class so much! My current favorite, try to do it every day. Sleeping Beauty has the most gorgeous music and it is so nice how musical this class is. Also love how you incorporate artistry, even at the barre.
We did Sleeping Beauty last year, I was only a guest in the prologue but it was an amazing experience. This brought back a lot of happy memories - I'll definitely be doing it again, thank you ❤

Those classes and work are the reason I could even do this one! But it’s so lovely to have a movier more artistic class sometimes too. Thank you so much for this!! ❤

This is the class I have been looking for. From where I live I would have an hour commute to the nearest classical ballet classes in NYC. There are several Barre classes closer but they leave me longing for an authentic classical ballet class which is what my training since childhood has been. This class is perfect and the instructor is wonderful. I intend to make this a daily routine and hopefully regain my strength and balance. I am also a Tae Kwon Do and Karate black belt. Tae Kwon Do kicks and stretches are very similar to classical ballet but ballet is slightly more difficult. :)
I love these classes. I just always get so confused when you dance mirrored because I'm so used to mirror things in my head that I can't copy an already mirrored dance xD

Today I got my ballet barre at the age of 50. I had a ballet break of 25 years and did this lesson (only barre). What can I say? I am sweating. I want to do the exercises in the center tomorrow. Thank you so much, this was fun!
