Ndayan… this always brought me to tears anytime I watched old Jaliba videos. You will all agreed with me that Gambia used to be very nice and peaceful country during the first republic. I’ve always been a big fan of Jaliba from a very young age. I used to be in the same classroom with his daughter Kaddy Kuyateh. I was only 8 years old in 1991, so is very likely that me and my fellow journey walker friends might be in the mist of the crowd at Brikama Youth Centre on this date. We used to strolled to most occasions across Brikama in those days! God bless Jaliba and Kerewan Sounds.
