I live in Fukuoka, and it has the absolute best food culture in Japan and it never disappoints, this place is fantastic, you just can’t beat the food in Japan, especially in Fukuoka, I definitely would recommend this place. You go in hungry, but you’ll leave happy. 😊

Never seen a fantastic orchestra kitchen, love this life likes. I guess women came here to get some " salt " from these handsome chefs and men came here to truly enjoy spectacular foods 😀 Will swing by next visit.
I love the presentation of how the food is grilled (Salt sprinkling too) standing up in a bright area. It is so comfortable to look at😊 The staffs are all young and hardworking so the positivity and enthusiasm is very welcoming. I definitely will give this place a try if I bring my family to Japan on a vacation😃

great restaurant & crew! and the idea of a "campfire" on a sandbed, is truly ingenious! great job tbh, this seems less work then other restaurant types too!, i mean they dont have to deal with an endless stream of dirty pots&pans to clean, since they grill everything on wooden sticks. all they really need to clean up are the dishes & some utensiles to prepare stuff. very very nice overall "system" they build there!
Lots of people are commenting about wanting to go to this restaurant so let me share my experience. I visited this restaurant and I spoke in Japanese (I live in Tokyo) and was told that there are no seats. It was weird since I could see a few open seats but assumed it was reserved. I was talking to my friend right next to the restaurant and 3 Japanese ladies entered and asked if there were seats (they stated they don't have a reservation) and were seated immediately. I checked the reviews and found a lot of tourists are turned away. I entered again and this time another staff member greeted us. She immediately seated us. The food was great but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Don't just look at the video, check the reviews before going to any restaurant. Ya the staff are cute and the food is amazing. If you plan to go, make a reservation.

カッコつけとのご意見もありますが、高い位置から塩を広範囲に振りかける事は塩を均一にふりかける事になるので、決してパフォーマンスだけのお店では無いと思います😊
若い人が高い意識で気持ち良さそうに働いている様子は、見ていても気持ちが良かったです！
高くから振れば均等なのはわざわざ言わなくても誰でもわかります、量の問題を言われるんでしょう

最初は塩の振り方や服装でドキッとしました。でもお魚料理おいしそうだし仕込みが丁寧で、従業員がきちんと教育されてるので、パフォーマンスが先行の安直な店、というわけではないですね。機会があれば行ってみたいです。
