Vanilla bean paste is a staple in many kitchens and bakeries.

Ingredients ✏ 📒
✅70 mg - water
✅70 ml - vodka or rum
✅1 tsp - lime juice
✅24g corn syrup/glucose
✅140 g of sugar
✅8 vanilla pods from Madagascar - Class A "Grand Cru" 15-18cm long
✅a pinch of xanthan gum
