30:00- I fully agree with your comment, Amber and the servers need to let the customers fully aware that due to a large food order of 80 burgers, the time to receive their order will take a few extra minutes.. * TEAM WORK applies to both Front of house and back of house * Thank you for your video's 👍
Did we watch the same video? Cause the one i watched, Amber clearly said she let them know when she seated them. Maybe the customer didn't think it was really going to take a long time. But they made it work and everybody did a great job
More videos por favor. I love watching these because i was a short order cook for 15 years. I understand the hard work and rhythm it takes to not get in the weeds.
Don't listen to those who criticize. They are full of themselves and lack empathy. I've watched every one of your videos. You do an amazing job. I look forward to watching your videos and check every day for a new one. It's great seeing someone assisting you. That order is there because you put out great food!! Also, that's not the first big order you've had to do. But it is the biggest I've seen yet! Your customers keep coming back because of you!!!
He shouldnt give them the time of day, tthats 80 fucking double cheeseburgers, its not going to go smooth and perfect. Thats an insane order for 1 cook and yet he does that shit calm and cool.
I wish you that complain about hand washing , were in a kitchen for one day to see how many time you have to handle everything and still trying to do your best washing your hands properly… it’s hard, don’t judge .
Lol. Believe me, the ones who criticize cross contamination and how they are "perfect" at cooking, probably do way more cross contamination in an hour at their kitchen job than you ever would in one shift. It's next to impossible not to as a short order cook when you have to get food out as quickly as possible.
As a cook at my family's restaurant, the feeling of a server coming in and saying that a customer isn't happy with how long they've been waiting, is all too familiar. Gives me anxiety seeing it in this video. Glad to see that you didn't let it get you angry or anxious. "I'm not happy either bro" is the perfect answer 😂
The way you multi-task is mindblowing! Most people would probably freeze with panic if they had all that going on at once. You are amazing and all the food looks soooooo good
This has to your most epic video by far! Major props to the other chef helping you. The fries seem to be the most tedious.. that and I can’t imagine how many burns you got from the grill that day!! Nice how you squeezed in waiting orders.
Perfect example of “teamwork makes the dream work”! Regardless of the large order, all of you worked together and cranked it out in such an incredibly fast time! Maintained composure while still enjoying and laughing with each other! Loved this video! Keep doing what you’re doing, sir!
This reminds me of a time when I worked at a DQ Grill and Chill and normally you are the only cook in the kitchen making all of the burgers on the grills, cooking fries, onion rings etc. We had a construction crew come in right in the middle of lunch rush and ordered 40 grill burgers to go. Needless to say, It was stressful as all hell..but got it done. It's so hard trying to do it all yourself. Keep up the good work my dude, you are a 💪 amazing chef
I used to work at McD’s. I realize having a clam for the burgers and a specific toaster for the buns and an official fry station would not be utilized in incredibly high amounts for this operation, but seeing the efficiency gains compared to how he is doing it makes you realize the advantage of a short and specific menu with specified equipment.
The fact that you take the time to season every burger says a lot. Just because you have a huge order, doesn’t necessitate taking short cuts, great job. 👍🏻🇺🇸
I love your videos but I wonder a few things here: -Are they expecting them all to be grilled? There's a large taste difference between grilled and flattop, you know that. Just curious if it has ever been an issue? -Aren't those fries going to be stone cold by the time they get to wherever they're going? Keep up the good videos man, would love to head out your way and try everything!
that is why you don't do giant orders at a mom and pop. the person making this order should have contacted a catering company that is set up to do breakfast and lunch for a group of 80
In the restaurant he’s called a shoemaker. I’m sure he got fired in a professional restaurant and landed this job where nobody is watching over him, hole in the restaurant. Big time restaurant he would be let go.
Years ago we used pickle juice to clean the flat top. Do you still do it that way? I can’t stop watching your excellent videos. You’re a champ! Thank you for sharing.
Hi I'm your top 1 supporter from the Philippines not since one day but since last last weak. Thank you for great videos. I wish I could taste what you cook
Amazing work but my question is how does the fries and burgers not get cold waiting around for 75 burgers to be made the first ones must be room temperature by the end no ?
I had the same question. Only thing I got is that they are in boxes and stacked on top of each other so as a new batch is made it locks in the heat and the heat lamp keeps the top warm until the next box was added
@@PracticalNymph105 I believe there is a heat lamp on food serving station which is why they were staking the boxes there. Not sure if it is actually called a heat lamp but I think you get what I am saying.

To order 80 double cheeseburgers, the people ordering must really like the food there. That's good business for the restarant
Seem like a job ordered or sports team
@@darrellle4967 maybe for the homeless too
Probably a conference or convention of some sort.
@@rielaxaultyeah, he made 80 breakfast sandwiches that morning too

You are ferocious! I admire you for paying attention to detail while under pressure. I know you would rather work alone, but you got this! 😊❤❤
Oddly satisfying to watch lol great work
That customer is crazy for ordering 80+ cheese burgers and fries on the go. Great video as always Alex.
Oh, so people can't place large orders now?? I agree it puts everything in chaos, but people in large groups get hungry just like you!
Wow you sure do hustle. I hope your boss appreciates all you do. Great job!!
That couldn’t have been too fun but I give you credit for hanging in there! Glad you got a co-worker to help you! Great video as always Alex!
WOW! You are a Champ in the kitchen…👍🏼and allways be cool…

Great job, a super overloaded order, I’m was counting too, glad you had extra pair of helping hands for this crazy order 👏
I've been cooking professionally for 30+ years and would happily visit your restaurant. Well done bro.
Wow! Incredible video! Huge order and you will still doing what you could to take care of the in restaurant guests.Amazing job.

Wow, that was a lot of cheeseburgers and fries. Very interesting. Thank you for sharing.❤
Wow. That was a masterclass in technique and logistics. Bravo!
so glad to see you have help this time! You're a badass!!!! Love to watch you cook....and you don't complain.
Man what a crazy order and glad you had help. That would’ve been a walk out of work day if not. 😂😂😂. Great job!
Apparently he said he had to do 80 breakfast sandwiches that morning for the same group with no help

You are a straight BEAST Alex. Love watching your videos. Idk how you do it my friend. 🎉
Buen trabajo amigo 👌🍀📈💯

There's definitely a difference but they were freaking out trying to get get everything done, you can tell by all the mistakes he was doing.
tbh if i order 80 burgers and fries, i wouldnt expect all of them to be warm just the last ones made

I need one of those flame grilled burgers with a side of onion rings please!🤤
I’m sure it’s overwhelming but thanks to your tenacity plus some much needed help, you pulled it off!
Amazing job well done team!❤❤❤. Love seeing the cleanup stuff!❤
Not gonna lie, found where you work. Not an area I ever have reason to go, but if I did I'd hit that place right up. Food looks bomb.

Sir, do you use season all on the burgers, etc? I ask cause I use knorr tomate and/or lemon pepper?

You’re an animal! Mad respect!
Do you worry about getting burned from the flames on the grill?
Dang!! It.was cool you had assistance for all those hamburgers! This was crazy to watch. 🎉 your fan from New Mexico! 👍
Awesome job Chef!!! #Teamwork 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

That big order should've given atleast a 24hr notice.
Omg Alex crazy u had to do a big order and the orders in store Jesus. Awesome to see someone else helping u as well
Killed it per usual
This reminds me of working the grill at a busy beachside pizza and sub shop. Oddly zen on Memorial Day with a line wrapped around the block
What is the seasoning you're using for the fried products?
Those flame 🔥 broiled hamburgers look delicious 😋
increíble mis respetos hermano!!
Well, chef job well down to the both of you. I admire the way that you handle other peoples property. You’re gonna do very well with your food truck..
I’d love to see a clean up video and how they get the grill back to looking like new
Craving a damn burger now! Shesh you rocked that my boy
I wanted to jump in and help, so exciting. 😉
Mad skills. You need another guy doing just fries🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
You're a beast! Hope you got a bonus for doing those huge orders.
Looks like you combined two clips at the end. Thanks for the video
That kitchen setup wouldnt cost much to revamp. You have the space behind you to fix your workspace issues

yeah, they should let the ppl know their food will have to wait a bit if you got 80 cheeseburgers are still cooking
