From Navy SEAL, to CIA operative, to member of the top secret Third Echelon, Splinter Cell program, and eventually the Commander of the Fourth Echelon... Sam Fisher’s career has spanned decades, and has been located across the globe.
Though he has attempted to retire a number of times, his spec ops life has essentially become a part of his DNA…. He has well and truly become what he does.
Having already taken part of the Ghost Recon universe in both Wildlands, and Breakpoint, it has now been announced that he’ll be joining Team Rainbow from more of an Operational Staff point of view. Though there seems to be something else that is motivating this move.
Highly secretive, and vastly experienced. Who is Sam Fisher? And what is he planning?

Man, Sam is probably the oldest active duty operator in the Tom Clancy's series. I'm mean he's done and seen it all. Keep up the amazing work.
I would say so, definently he's up there with John Clark, though Clark was one of the original Seals in Vietnam.

@@badreedinedjellali1328 why a women no women I've seen in in ubisoft comes close to Sam Fisher's experience in stealth and combat or can kill even when extreme rage which anger can be good but rage usually does the opposite causes you to be less focused and do stuff that could easily leave you in situation you don't wanna be in

What most people dont know is how diverse Sam's SC-20 is
It can have underbarrel attachments, a scope, a taser, a dart and slug feature and more
Just imagine a james bond vehicle but a gun
Sam's suit actually absorbes light even if its just a little to make him as black as possible so if you hide in a corner specifically a dark corner in game and the enemy dont see you thats legit canon
Sam fisher is such a legend and played a big part in my childhood, I find the most difficult splinter cell game was hands down double agent, it was the first morality game in the franchise and as a kid it was hard to understand the lord of these games but now I understand it even more, btw did you include the lord part of black list? It felt like you skipped that part or I probably missed it😅 but great video as always man, do more of it if you can

there are hitmans, there are John Wick's ...and then there's the legendary Sam Fisher.
And even if somehow agent 47 and gone wick killed him Sam Fisher would be the kind of guy that would probably put A-bomb in himself not tell anyone and make it to where if hes killed it takes him and his killers out but no harm to anybody else I mean this is a guy that literally used a mirror from a car to make his own night vision goggles

I'd love to see Ubi do something really cool in terms of lore and story in bringing Sam to Rainbow. They've eluded to Sam joining Rainbow due to 'being on the run', so it'd be cool if they elaborated on that.

They elaborated on it in the two recent Splinter Cell books. The next Splinter Cell after blacklist was cancelled, and the story was adapted into (the books) Firewall and Dragonfire

Play the splinter cell series. There are 6 games and all are at least good. Chaos theory or black lists are the best in my opinion.

I love how rainbow, ghost recon, and splinter cell all have their own sealed stories that can probably all happen in the same universe and then there's The Division releasing a super virus into nyc and killing 2 presidents and making the 3rd one Ally with the bad guys in the span of 1-2 years
Repoioman ortnazi I was told that The Division universe is separate from the Clancy Universe. However that’s not proven.

Sam could murder John Wick, Agent 47 and Solid Snake without leaving a single hair behind. He's the ultimate, end all operative.

But Solid Snake and 47 are way beyond his league. They are literally superhuman.
@@livelife4928 Solid Snake hid in a fucking box lol Sam would kill him. Agent 47 would be too easy. They'd find 47 dead in his hotel room, killed by his own piano wire without a trace.
@@codyC423 Solid snake also survived encounters with Metal Gears and walked through a room sized microwave. Doing ridiculous stuff like hiding in a box doesn't undermine his strength.
47 is basically a remorseless and extremely skilled killing machine who wouldn't think twice about killing a target.
His abilities are pretty much peak human.
He's faster, stronger and generally more perceptive than any human can dream to be.
At least with snake, sam could try to get the jump on him but There's no way Sam could get close to 47, only chance he has is with a sniper rifle and 47 can literally sense that shit.
Sam is more realistic and that's why he's completely done for in a fight either two. We are talking about Clones who literally were made for nothing but warfare Vs a guy who makes the mark for an ideal reconnaissance operative.
I know I'm going to be waking up the Hornet's nest when I reply to this comment, but I'll try my best to answer this one. I may be a bit bias in Metal Gear and Splinter Cell since I played they're games, but I haven't played Hitman yet. So please correct me if I'm wrong on Agent 47.
The BIG 3 of the Stealth Video Game Genre: Solid Snake, Agent 46, and Sam Fisher. All three are highly trained asassins, spies, soldiers, and killers. But who will come out on top. Honestly, it depends on the scenario or the objective.
An assassination setting like the Hitman games would definitely be 47s territory. He is skilled in the art of disguise and blending in the crowd and can make an assassination look like an accident. A dark and large environment like Metal Gear and Splinter Cell settings is definitely Snake and Sam's territory and they prefer to ghost they're way through any objective and always remain undetectable with Sam being the best at Ghost mission as 60-80% of his missions are Ghost.
Another question is who would win in a dark factory with just the three of them - correct me if I'm wrong on this one. The first one to go down IMO is Agent 47. As good as he is in assassination missions he is under quipped to deal with the likes of Sam and Snake, they could easily drop him in the shadows without being seen and his suit is not like Snake's octocamo nor Sam's Tac Suit which can allow them to blend in the dark. With the fight now on Sam and Snake I believe we know who would win in the fight: Snake, better training, CQC, and with Otacon's help he could hack to Sam's OPSAT and find him.
For hand-to-hand I'm really sure who would win in. I know Snake would come out on top, but unsure between 47 and Sam.
Nah solid snake is trained in all multiple forms of cqc is good at taking with strategizes he can't be easily snuck up on he's more likely to sneak up on Sam then Sam is to sneak up on snake also solid snake was trained since he was a child to be a soldier he can take on enemy's that Sam Fisher has never come close to taking on he also uses his environment more then sam does he finds out what the person weakness is he's very skilled in hand to hand combat that Sam fisher best chance would be to stay a distance away from him snake has survived things that would leave anyone normal dead he seems to be somewhat immune to radiation
I like to think (might be the case) that canonically Sam did every mission ghost style with no knockouts

I love Splinter cell I made my own Ghosts RECON FUTURE soldier/ Assassin Creed 4E costume wild land, will in Jason Bourne the second movie in the scene the agency where activing operatives to kill Bourne, you can bearly see on the computer show Third Echelon logo. That mean they use them to hunt down Bourne.

Did Sam ever train a team or individual one on one on how to fill in or be his level?
All i know is he became an instructor in Camp Peary, Virginia. Also known as "The Farm" He also became an instructor of Splinter Cell Agents too. But nowhere near his level. Then also an instructor in Rainbow. He made them fight him solo vs squad because he test them physically. (Mind you he already had an arthritis in Blacklist)

I like how a Wikipedia editor gave him his middle name. Leo. I did notice something not mentioned before. Not sure why the editor picked Leo for his middle name.....but Sam is in fact a Leo based on his birthday. A Leo is the "fifth" sign of the zodiac. And Sam is known for having the "fifth" freedom. Kinda cool either way.

It's such a travesty that Ubisift has no ideal what to do with Sam other then put him in cameos in other people's games! There is so much you can do with this character! Hell there is a 4 year gap between Ghost Recon Wildlands and Breakpoint where you can do an entire game or two on special missions Sam underwent if they don't want to go backwards and create games of young Fisher!
Why they not making next splinter cell
I remember beating the game on elite , all you get is a knife. i forgot which game i did that on but i was loving it. bring back splinter cell.
Ubisoft took advantage and milked everything out of their famous franchises. And now, they wanna milk everything out of Splinter Cell Series. When they do, they better touch on prequel rather than the sequel.
We need another splinter cell game
