Mango Dessert - ready in 5 minutes, this is a must have dessert.
Mango Delight! A wonderful dessert made with the sweet Mango is a yummy soft and creamy dessert made of ripe mango. This is one of the quick soul filling dessert for the summer. For those of you who always crave for a creamy, soft, chilled and yummy mango dessert, you must give this recipe a go. And the best thing, it take 5 minutes to prepare!
Ingredients:
4 large ripe mangoes chopped into cubes
400 ml fresh cream or according to taste
2 TbSp condensed milk
Mango cubes and chocolate shavings for garnishing
Roof Afzah for garnishing
Instructions:
1) Wash the mangoes. Peel them, chop them into medium cubes. Leave them aside
2) Add fresh cream and condensed milk in a mixing bowl and mix nicely.
3) Prepare some dark chocolate shavings and leave aside
4) Add the mango cubes in the mixing bowl and toss them nicely
5) Shift to a flat dish and garnish with mango cubes, chocolate shavings and rooh afzah
6) Keep in refrigerator for a few hours.
Serve cold and enjoy!
