[Update] Halo Installation Online, First update in awhile, apologies, delays, new stuff!

Hey there! Been awhile since I posted, here's a whole bunch of stuff relating to the series. I've been busy again to say the least. Gotta redo a lot of stuff from scratch hence slowing down progress quite significantly. But not to worry, by next year, and thanks to the lessons i've learned, HIO will hopefully be completed by the end or middle of next year. (if we're lucky)
