I am going through a very hard time, looking for work and although very qualified, not even getting called for interviews... It is starting to affect my self-worth. I decided to try this meditation, but fell asleep on it. Never the less, when I woke up, I felt good enough about myself and the world to go out on the river and kayak. Feeling good about myself hasn't happened in a while, so I believe that even if I didn't hear every word, this was very beneficial for me. Thank you so much for your great work! Incredible meditations. Never got anywhere before but these send me into the zone immediately. Have researched you have to practice new thinking for 66 days to be able to change thought patterns so on day 23 of your meditations. Life already improved tremendously. Cannot thank you enough.

This touched me very deeply. I thought of moments of bliss with my loved ones. I got a new deep appreciation for those moments when my children and step kids were little. And all the million moments with my beautiful girlfriend where we were truly blessed and connected. Gratitude for love. Thank you
Another great meditation for relaxation, which makes meditating one of my current hobbies! Just as before, as I listened to this video just now, and breathed in and out again and again, I felt relaxed and grounded. I pictured myself at some of the places in Springfield, the city in Missouri near which I reside, that I really like.
I did this meditation earlier today when I was feeling particularly anxious and could feel a panic brewing in my mind. This cleared my head and kind of "awakened" a mantra of love, acceptance, and understanding immediately upon finishing the meditation. Thank you so much for all the work you do!

Honestly, for years I’ve hated people and just the human race in general. I wanted to change this and start loving people and genuinely wish them the best in life. I’ve just done this meditation and for the first time, I really wanted to just brighten strangers day and wished for everyone in the world was happy. Hopefully If I continue metta meditation I will feel this positive towards people all the time
I think when we say we hate people, it’s like the whole situation of the world expressed through people, and sometimes they say we hate in others what we see in ourselves. Whatever the reason, it’s very healing to be positive and kind toward others AND importantly, ourselves too
