Woodyard lookin good Hoss!! Now fill up that woodbank!!! Bundles, kindling , premium wood, boiler wood and keep a stack or 5 of unsplit rounds for folks who can split their own !!! 1 bite at a time!
Dudes!!!! 9.99k🙃 I'm so excited for 10k. Wood yards looking great, glad folks are recycling your plastic containers. Keep on rocking in the free world 🤘
Interesting that you’re sportin’ an Eastonmade ball cap but still rockin the Frankenrugged splitter. I’d move the totes off the road and plop ‘em in the expansion area since you wanted more room for activities. Thanks for another great video!
You could put a radiator between the return line and the tank to cool the oil, or do not fill the tank to the top to leave some room for expansion. In the end, this is a consumer/prosumer splitter and you could always get a real pro splitter, I will pray for you to win the lottery so you can afford one. lol
Jake the expansion is great with all that room. The only thing i would add would be a picnic table firepit area for when the the work is done.enough room to have a banquet.....or two 🎉
Great work, have you seen the pallet bunkers that in the woodyard has created? might be worth while to make a big bunker like his for your summer stock so you can keep going with the totes for seasoning wood, just a thought.
Might have to drop a BBQ temp gauge into the oil tank of the Ruggedmade to confirm your suspicions. According to a quick Google search 160 is about right and 185 is getting too hot. I have a home made splitter and run a 4" x 36" cylinder on it with auto cycle. I run it hard in the summer doing 24" dia x 32" long ash rounds, the hoses and cylinder get hot enough that you can't put your hand on it for more than a second or two. I have a big 40 gallon oil tank on it. I would be more inclined to think that you have an adjustment issue than a heat issue. My valve was brand new and I've never done any adjustment to it but I have heard of guys saying that their brand new valves had to be adjusted due to not cycling correctly. Might be time for a phone call to Ruggedmade to check out the valve? I just took a quick look at the website and it appears that they no longer offer the auto cycle valve? That splitter is a beast and should do everything you need it to do. And nice yard.
Yeah I’ve always heard 190° is the ranger zone and if you can’t keep your hand on the tank for more than 5 seconds it’s too hot. Ruggedmade has never offered auto cycle I added that on my own.
@@DudeRanchDIY Yes, I remember you saying that before now. Next cheap step is add a longer return oil line and run it thru a 45 gallon steel barrel of water then back to your tank. That will kind of give you another 45 gallons of cooling surface. Haha.
If you cant keep inventory you need to Bidenomics your rates..... 10% minimum closer to 15 increase.... C.O.L.A. was 8.9% last year and that never includes Fuel or Food products.
Lots of room for activities now. Even better than bunk beds
Way better than bunk beds!!

Working on it!
Woodyard looks Fantastic!! Been watching for a long time!!! Nice Hat!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Thanks David!
The yard looks great! I must say, while the Eastonmade splitters are nice, it’s refreshing watching someone split wood without one!
Thank you! I hear you, my ruggedmade is getting tired to say the least haha

Lol
Nice Job Jake- The woodyard expansion is looking great,
Thanks Richard
Looks amazing Jake! Really came together nicely. Time for a huge load of logs!
Yep gotta fill it up with logs to split!
Well done! Time for an Easton made log splitter ?! 😂
Thanks! Haha we’ll see
Shane is like your version of Adam @Hometown Acres Neighbor Doug. Nice big wood yard now for you and Chris to fill up.
Haha I wish Shane would accept a steak dinner as payment 😂😂
@@DudeRanchDIY well you can always try and offer him a Steak dinner.

Yeah I have seen his bunkers, it’s a thought if I run out of empty totes!
Here's one for you, get window fan hang it up stay cool I have one on my tree 80 degrees and climbing
Haha already talked about bringing out my big fan to run off the power pack 👍🏼
New cooler or new valve? Love the big new yard!
I have a solution coming up!
Is the eastonmade hat some sort of easter egg / clue?? 🤔🤣

How many GPM is your pump?

@@BS.-.- it's only a 15 gpm pump so slow cycle time but cylinder is almost always moving.

@@DaleFarrish you shouldnt need a 40gal tank for that. It must be something to do with the auto cycle valve.
double stack the totes
No need to yet
How much are you charging for a tote of oak?
