Doubt anyone will read this, but any tips for me? I keep blowing a mix of snot/blood out my nose, been about 3-4 days now, I keep getting light headaches and now it almost feels like I'm going deaf in my left ear? Is that a serious sinus infection? I’ve suffered with sinuses till I had to have a surgery and still the problem wasn’t fixed. I took a food allergy test and stayed away from foods that I was sensitive to and within one month I felt perfect. Alongside I took some supplements that helped heal a leaky gut which is more than likely an issue that causes sinus issues however a ENT doctor will never connect the two and just prescribe antibiotics that will cause more harm in the long run You can take apple sider vinegar with cayenne pepper and water and that will help you also
I wondered if a time I accidentally stuck a scissors in my ear and it maybe altered some of the thickness of my ear drum causing it to respond a little differently or less efficiently to air pressure or humidity issues. It hasn't happened for years now though it seems like whatever it was went away.

Any chance you were near a dishwasher or something similar that triggered that feeling? I finally figured out a dishwasher putting out humidity or something that would affect my eardrums some how and cause this weird fluttering vibrating thing.I also got it during a dance class once when it got sweaty and humid in there. It never happened in humid weather though where there was consistent humidity in the surrounding.
