Yes absolutely, I had Hyundai Matrix 2004( Father gave me during my campus) since I was primary school until I am married still good condition, reliability and very cool aircon. Hyundai is more reliable, comfortable and convenient
No doubts about that, but Carnival seats fewer passengers. For family use, I'd recommend the Carnival, but those running tour businesses may still find the Starex more appealing.

yeah I have this one almost 10 year never have a problem,very satisfied the driving and handling was very smooth and when I look inside maxus,the price not to much different but maxus is much better in design but I still not test drive yet.
You should test drive the Maxus G10 first. Cannot compare to starex in anyway. Handling of the Maxus suck big time. Starex is facelifted for a million times already. We need a all new now
At that point you rather go buy a 2nd hand Toyota vellfire or alphard. Even the 2011 models have more features then this 2020 grand starex prime. (Does not even have keyless entry)
A bit smaller size..serena bit smaller than carnival,carnival bit smaller than maxus,maxus bit smaller than starex..im talking about seating capacity,neglecting the dimension lah
@@afiqarman990 true ,but this car is so big,we only balik kampung once a year,the maintainance cost was a bit expensive.but its good for someone who always travel.alphard is a bit small but it has far more high tech and luxury design,also the price more expensive.

For hyundai starex in Indonesia the whole dashboard totally change and I wonder why over here nothing has being change except the power door

2,3,4 row is having 3 point seatbelt cause we own one the 2019 Grand Starex Prime

Grand carnival so much better. With LED headlamp and so on. Interior also looks so continental with so much huge luggage space behind.

Rented for couple of days from hertz. It has good low end torque for a diesel. But quite thirsty. But spec and interior quite dated. Like 10 yrs back.
Aphard and vellfire are even more dated! But my pupil still happily buy them at skyrocket price,! Lol.
the starex is also used as a commercial van in korea, very much like the toyota hiace here.
