    Instructions:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, dried thyme or oregano, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil to make the marinade.
    Add the meat cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
    Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water beforehand.
    Thread the marinated meat cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece to ensure even cooking.
