Contract, una-assume pesa ya kazi yote iko mfukoni. Sometimes you have only this amount, and you want to start, or kusongesha kiasi. Contract can't work in those types of circumstances. It has to be day by day, although more expensive.

Contract is the way to go. It has benefits and work is done as stipulated.
I did my perimeter wall and decided to pay on a daily basis, nili jipuliza vidole. I will never do it and I can't advise one to do it

It all depends on what you want to build, size of structure, materials to be used, your time ,and moreover your wallet .
