Aquarium Domain is the Space-X of aquarium channels... the rest of us are just shooting off bottle rockets! LOL Awesome as always, thanks for the 2025 preview!
DUDE..... YOUR ON FIRE!!!! I'm loving the milk crate concepts, two questions though. What happens if an eel or something big dies deep inside and are you gluing the rocks together so that the sharks don't eventually knock them over also?? Great work as always, you must never sleep!!! You're making me look bad.... LOL
The progress you’ve made on the predator bay 3000 is coming along really well. The 4500g is on cruise control. Those plants have really taken off. Well done bud
Wow so excited to see all this come together.. man can't wait for the sharks new home and all the other good idea's ya got... Watching all these builds has inspired me to set up a neocaridina planted shrimp tank I have been wanting to do .. The details are very much appreciated too as well, . Keep up the good work
Cannot wait for the cascade of upgrades and the 3000 to be up and running. Really cool how you are refining and improving things as you upgrade. I don't know how you'd do it (low light camera?) but being able to get footage inside the caves would be pretty cool. I guess you can stick a selfie stick in there lol! Thanks for all the amazing content in 2024 - nothing like watching someone working towards their dream set ups, especially at this kind of scale!
Happy New Year!! As you mentioned, 2025 will be just as eventful as 2024 was. I look forward to any of your videos to be posted. I always watch from beginning to end. I still don't know how you do all of it by yourself. BEAST MODE as always. Keep up the good work!!!
Starting 2025 off with a bang! Can’t wait for the deep water Tanganyikan tank. You know I like my Tanganyikans. I can see the glimmer in the sharks’ eyes; thinking about that extra 1,000 gallons. 😊
Happy New Year Todd! Yeah Tanganyikans have quite the following 😀 I found a group of Tanganyikan species that I like and I believe will do well together...so I am looking forward to that setup...going to be a tough one to build due to the height, but if I get it done right it should look really good.
Excellent work as always, a lot of fun watching all these builds progress. I think that wood with the straight cut base coming out of the pile on the left, "buried" so to speak, at about a 60ish degree angle into that opening would look sweet, but I'm sure whatever way you come up with will look great. Oh, and finally, a Tanganikan tank, 👍 my favorite!, I've had them for decades, can't wait. Keep up the fantastic work!
16:36 Just a friendly suggetion, to me this appears to be bacteria related, the symptoms you described, and I have seen previously, are not parasitic. The bacteria in question is free floating, the meds have reduced it's population in the tank for now, and are indeed treating the fish, BUT when you stop medicating the problems will be back within 2 weeks. This will not go away with meds, or water changes, you need stong UV 24/7 for a few weeks to fix this problem. 20$ pond UV bulb, much cheaper than meds, and it will actually work for this problem.
Even though you aren’t turning the second 1,200 gallon tank into a Frontosa tank I am STOKED to see you build a 600 gallon Tang tank! I have an abundance of Frontosa here 👋🏼👋🏼
I will talk about the fish I am thinking about for my Tanganyikan soon, hopefully the more experienced Lake Tanganyika fish keepers will way in on the compatibility of the species I am looking to keep together. 😀
100% But it’s unfair with Aquarium Domain put it at the same level. At least he knows his vision at the long run no just change it every thing a few months after just because he knows how to build and tire down things.
When i quarantine fish i always treat them regardless how they look or how they act. I have quarantined fish for a month and then when i added them to main tank then the ick comes and kills my best fish. No more. Treat every time no matter what. It doesnt hurt them. Just insurance. Love the progress brotha!!!
YAS!!! Tanganyikan tank. I have a 65 Tanganyika tank which I absolutely love but with a 600g tank you can keep so many amazing fishes that I can’t. Love the update as always but I couldn’t help myself from giving out a loud “yes” cry when you mentioned the plans for 600 scaring the crap out of my dog. Lol
I'm so excited for the shark tank to be online! I think it would be neat if you had a native tank one day based on the gulf coast..have various sunfish and maybe black bass, Florida gar and a greater siren to spice things up..

Jeremy Happy New Year. Im so looking forward to your WrestleMania match with the sharks when you move them over its so exciting. And you have to film that your view for sure want to see that for sure!!!
I’d say that the tank is very long and linear that the log will probably work best horizontally as a lot of the other stuff is straight up and down maybe even higher on the left and lower on the right to lead your eye continuously down from the heavy structure to the pier, and then the open area
I always go back and forth on that one...I hate to medicate unnecessarily, but I also respect that even after 4 weeks of observation, parasites or bacterial infections can occur. Not everything can be seen through fish behavior unfortunately 😀
I've heard of discus getting sick from bacterial infections when healthy discus from Germany are mixed with healthy discus from Asia. The fish raised in different regions are fine with their own bacteria but aren't with the foreign bacteria. Were any of your fish imported or are they all local? Btw awesome work as always and I really enjoy watching the progress and process 👍
Ohh.... a deep water aquarium. Sounds like you are going to try and breed those fancy 150 ft deep frontosas that ohio fish rescue said could not be bred normally. Well if you do... that would be a cool project to try/do.
In the space of the reef slop tank would you be willing to do a new build in that space? It could be really cool large build in that space like a drop down?
Bacterial infection on the discus.......if it gets really bad and struggling to breath because of mucus in the gills.........aquarium salt strips the mucus and helps...2 grams per ltr shouldn't affect your plants....it's very weak but might help...it's a defense the discus will over produce slime coat to fight bacteria..
They are about half way through a course of Maracyn and praziquantel, all of the Discus have responded well and are swimming and eating close to normal. Also giving them about a 40% water change every other day.
I moved about 80 Tetra and Rams over from quarantine into the Discus tank. They spent 30 days in quarantine, but I didn't medicate them. Well they are getting medicated now along with the Discus in the 220 😀

Great update! What are those large fish in the Asian jungle aquarium? I must of missed when you added those!
Have to be more specific..not sure what fish you are referring to 😀
Apparently, I missed something. You said there's a grouper in there, but didn't you have multiple groupers, eels, and a stingray?
Yeah, remember how he said he saw the sharks rip a fish in half?
They wanted fresher food
I did, two Groupers were killed/eaten by the Sharks and I moved the Eel to the sump of the 1500 system so the Sharks didn't get him.
