  • Dr. Wendy Van Dilla interviews Dr. Jason Beam, PhD of Exercise Science. Jason teaches at Santa Fe Community College in the School of Fitness Education. Jason shows us several simple exercises we can do with minimal equipment to keep our necks, backs & legs strong. He talks about how to adjust our exercise to fit our changing bodies & situations such as with the seasons, aging, recovering from accidents.
