Also, when driving I’d say 95% of Americans become fully aware or have their hole tighten up when they see a cop car on the road. Majority of Americas aren’t the biggest fans of the badge.

Flipping somebody off falls under freedom of speech. Another interesting thing to learn is that you CAN be arrested for doing it, but in order for that to happen somebody must have lodged a complaint with dispatch and it MUST be a civilian... An officer cannot be the complaining witness at the same time as being the arresting officer, it's just illegal to do that.

He would’ve been feeling/hearing his heartbeat in each of his kneecaps. Not a good way to go as he could’ve induced a heart attack just from the fear… not that the drug wasn’t going to give him one eventually anyways. Dang shame.

Without question. It’s beyond me why when after they saw him panicking they choose to be neglectful. It was beyond obvious he wasn’t even remotely acting and even if the arrestee had been….what’s the point of taking that chance. Felt like they wanted to get evidence over caring for the man. On the contrary, because of horrible ones like this, many great officers are desperately trying to mend some of the damage… I saw one BC of an officer who pulled over a car, just to ask where he bought his rims from cause he has the same brand with a different spokes pattern but he wanted a pattern similar to that but was told they didn’t make them like that. He just noticed they had the same brand at the lights & wanted to ask him… (“& you forgot to turn your light on as you came out the car wash too bro”🤫).
What started as a nerve wracking experience, ended in laughter & knuckles.
Back at his car, he told his partner “they got their lights on now… & I got a number to call tomorrow for some rims.. & they hopefully got a little more confidence in us”.

Wasn't there a study where they found cocaine residue on around 90% of American banknotes? If that's the case, how could they ever get a conviction from trace amounts on a bill? Is it even ethical to arrest someone for that when it would apply to anyone with paper money in their possession and would be untraceable as to where and when the residue was transferred.

Keep your mouth shut. Invoke your rights to the 5th amendment. Then request an attorney. If you feel that your civil rights have been violated. Contact a civil rights attorney and discuss your options for filing a 1983suit against said officer and their department.
