For me, the ranking is
9: Coda (was an afterthought)
8: Presence (only 2 or 3 very memorable songs)
7: In Through The Out Door (I like this one a lot, but it's def not their best work)
6: Led Zeppelin I (their most raw sounding record. The production is rough around the edges)
5: Led Zeppelin II (was basically debut part two, with more memorable songs and some refinement)
4: Led Zeppelin III (a very important album for these guys. It's one of their more out there records, but their next three albums would be impossible without this one)
3: Houses of the Holy (my favorite LZ record. It's arguably their weirdest album, but it covers a lot of new ground. It's the golden middle period for the band)
2: Led Zeppelin IV (their one essentially perfect album and their most commercially successful one. There's probably one deep cut on here out of eight tracks)
1: Physical Graffiti (not my personal fav, but the band members consider it their best. Its easily their creative peak, and it helped inspire some of the best and worst music trends of the next decade)
