My favorite pirate ship name is “The Wind Warden”. But for my pirate Captain Graybear, his ship is called “The Ursaden”. A play on where a bear lives and the name Poseidon!
A version of Don't edit as you go I've found was the advice "let your first chapter/ page/ sentence be bad". a lot of writing places so much weight on the very beginning of a story that it can really paralyze someone. so let it such just to get it out the way then once you have everything down you can rewrite the start knowing the feeling the rest of your story and depending on how you outline the twists its made.
Seriously though, what’s a good pirate boat name?
my immediate thoughts were "the jolly gog" and "the merry go", but they're kinda silly
@@KaineDaCharizard The Jolly Gog is awesome!
@@F.C.Shultz thanks, it was completely random but sounds incredibly fun :]
i hope you find a name suitable for your vessel!
I really enjoy your videos! They are short, but filled with amazing, easy-to-apply advice. Love it!
Glad they're helpful!

100%. You can apply this to the whole first draft, too. No one will see the raw, first draft. You can't revise something that isn't there!
