You cut and sew the way I do! Freestyle! Your aprons are great. No bulges or gaps and the back falls smoothly. Best apron tutorial on the internet. Thanks much! 😊

I finally found the crossover apron I want to make! Yay! Now, a quick trip to Goodwill to find a nice roomy, broken-in shirt and I’m off to the races! Thank you so much!

Love this- you could, instead of facing it, make it reversible- sew two shirts together for the body.

Good job, Marta. I really appreciated seeing how you needed to change and modify to suit both the shirt and please yourself. Just bought simple man's dress shirt in XL to make over into an apron. Before your video, I would have just tried to sew usual style. You have inspired me to think outside the box.

I think I missed how you put on the front yoke. Where did that fabric come from? Especially on the first denim one, it appears larger than the back yoke left on the shirt after cutting the collar off.
    Thanks!

Good observation. Every apron is a bit different, and I think I may have added a piece to the front. Probably left over from the very large sleeves. I think that was an XXL shirt.

I like your details of shirt to apron- not happy with the music because i listen instead of doing the sewing. But I still like your details

Need to be more specific in directions. How wide are strips for back. What are you cutting off on the sides? Those type of things.

Marvellous apron and well explained instructions. I might give it a try. Do you reckon that an absolute beginner can follow this tutorial? I am obsessed with this style of aprons. Thanks so much! I am going to sub to your channel! 👍🙂🙂😘

I don't know where my sister got it. I thin it's pretty standard--size adjustable.

Love this repurposed shirt conversion to apron, but is Kitty expressing her AH opinion? 😁
